Read
July 2, 2026Bell does a credible job of explaining the world view of the sociopath and helpful tips on identifying. However, she doesn't do enough to avoid the temptation of making the reader feel we are qualified to make a "diagnosis" after the read. Nevertheless, valuable in dealing with people who lack empathy as a result of flaws in character development and who subsequently seek power and control for reassurance. We've all encountered them.

Well written and very easy to understand it's comprehensive and a complete guide to the understanding of what a Sociopath is and what you can do to do manage their behaviour and what treatments are available.

This was a brilliant book to read especially if you have been in an abusive relationship. It outlines what to look for when in a relationship with a sociopath, how they like to control everything and constantly belittle everything you do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A MUST READ BOOK
