Many of the facts in this book were out of date at the time of publishing or are highly debated by historians. Many other facts have become out of date since. And the attempts at humor felt awkward and often crude.

This book is hysterical and cleverly documents the odd things that could only happen in my home state! It was interesting for Alabama natives as well as those new to the area. Would make a great gift for someone who has just moved to the state.
