Have a tissue hand on the day you read this twisted, action-packed, clean, wholesome, contemporary, small-town, second-chance romance in Fairharbor during summer, that at one point was so upsetting my Kindle shook, featuring an age-gap, friends-to-lovers, a broken family, children, families, midlife, twins, the vicious ugliness of small towns, viral, a useful audience, branding, anonymous letters, a sketch, neurodivergence, anonymous texts, a toxic relationship, a school board meeting, terror, fear with better posture, the Missouri Compromise, following, and partnership.

This delightful novel charts the course of two people who struggle with self doubt. Both the artist and the school teacher are committed to honesty and this allows them io be open and honest with themselves, the community and each other.

I really love Juliette Reed’s clean and wholesome stories. I’ve read a few of her books and this one is about a local Artist and a new in town School Teacher. Both face issues and obstacles in their way. But, together they will work through them surrounded by local people and neighbours. Can’t wait to read her next book.
