Casey’s Secrets Trilogy – Ophelia Bell
Short. Sharp. Sexy as Sin!
*Spoilers* and *Warning*
The taboo factor in this series is handled with just the right amount of sensitivity by this author. Do remember though that it is taboo and if you are triggered by power exchange, spanking and all the other BDSM taboo subjects, then you should consider if this is what you want to read. There is a taboo relationship involved here, so please heed the warnings set out by the author.
Young Casey has blossomed into womanhood and at the age of eighteen, has a pretty good sense of what her sexual style must be. She struggles a little at first with what constitutes normal or taboo behaviour and has hidden certain aspects of herself from her mother and stepdad.
If you enjoy naughty little secrets thrown into your stories, then Boom! What a saucy little read this is! Fast burn and fast paced! A few heavy emotional scenes but if you have read the warnings and proceeded, then you are prepared for the roller coaster.
This book also contains MF MFM and (limited) MM intimate scenes, all of which are extremely steamy, so it is an 18+ read.
Thoroughly enjoyed it! Five stars

I I was not a huge fan of this book. At the beginning it felt like Casey was cheating with her stepfather, Max. Unless I missed something, Casey was not aware that her mother filed for divorce. It felt like a betrayal. I never really liked either Casey or Max all that much. I liked Rick, but it always felt like he was a third wheel. The book was fast paced, but sorry I never connected with the story.

This was a blind read for me on a random book I got on stuff your kindle day. It is 3 super short novellas that should have just been one book add a plot and maybe it could have been better. This was almost a DNF for me and not because it’s pure smut with no plot, I just didn’t care for the characters at all, it was t written well, and honestly got bored. I did finish it since it was so short but ehh. On to the next.

This book is so hot you need a fan nearby just to cool off. I read this in one sitting and could not put it down the whole time. I would love to see more set in this world to see what can possibly happen. I was on the edge throughout hoping that everything works out in the end.

Sometimes you gotta step out of your comfort zone of reading which is what I did with this one. It's a good read as far as bdsm goes. The taboo part is ok with me since it's a step-dad situation. I loved it very much and would recommend if it's your kinda story. Another man is also into play just so you know.

Would love to have and epilogue. Felt it cut off abruptly when this started to get real good. Could have extended this story so much.
