NOBLE BEGINNINGS (JACK NOBLE #1)

In March of 2002, while the eyes of the world focused on Afghanistan, Jack Noble finds himself on the outskirts of Baghdad, Iraq. A Marine in name only, Jack is on-loan to the CIA. Normally an integral part of the team, he finds that he is nothing more than a security detail in Iraq.

Jack and his partner Bear have a run-in with four CIA special agents over the treatment of an Iraqi family. Within hours Jack and Bear are detained.

All Jack wanted was to finish his enlistment and move on with his life. All he did was intervene and save a family from unwarranted violence at the hands of four CIA agents. But he soon discovers that he did far more than intervene. He has placed himself dead square in the middle of a conspiracy that reaches the highest levels of the U.S. government.

As the case in this explosive action thriller unfolds, the man behind it all reaches out to Jack with a simple message... 37 hours.

This is a great Combo. Two Great Heroes and two great Authors combined. This is a great Intro to Two series that are wonderful read! Enjoy it Santa Mike

When your in the service you go where your told and do the same! Sgt. Jack Noble and his team mate "Bear" are assigned tp a CIA team in Iraq as door guards or "Muscle". Not being involved in the planning or execution of Missions starts to bother them. Then when a mission goes way beyond what is supposed to happen and Jack steps in, with Bears backup and thwarts the CIA's overzealousness the story takes off! You will have a hard time putting the book down. Enjoy yourself with this Very Good Read! Santa Mike

The secret agency

I enjoyed these books very much. The second and third book where really different, and I like the idea of having a secret agency which can assist people in need for help, and be the ones to act for U.S.A. security in the dark!

Noble Justice & Corps Justice bundle

I liked the Noble books better then the Corps Justice. However, they really need to be edited better. So many mistakes & that many just annoys me & makes the reading less enjoyable.

If you read just one of C.G. Composer's books, you will be hooked. He has well-defined characters and plenty of action and suspense.

Four very good books for free.

Two authors give two great books each from their series for this exciting and free four pack of books. I already loved Ryan's Noble character, but Cooper's Cal Stokes character was a pleasant surprise. These are my favorite kind of characters/books to read. And, you can't beat the price.

I love Thor, Vance, Sandford, Patterson, DeMille, and all the other top writers in this genre. But, Ryan and Cooper's prices are much lower for just as good a read. I highly recommend both authors and this set in particular.

Action filled

Four stories. Two are from the "Corps Justice" Series, which has the good guys standing up for justice with presidential sanctioned missions. Always entertaining. The two Jack Noble books that have lots of action. Assassin type stories that border the line between lawful and not. Working for deep secret government agency Jack has a lot of leeway. But then he could also just disappear. I love these books.

I got these books as a free read and then another for reading and signing up for his newsletter. The author and co-authors have now written 11 of the Jack Noble series plus spinoffs. I have read 5 and am looking forward to more. Some are listed as Prime so I can borrow those, one month at a time. These books reminded me of the Jack Reacher series, which I also enjoyed. Clean up the errors and they would garnish 5 stars from me.

Absolutely Intriguig

These conspiracy theories are captivating in their originality. Since I already like CIA type novels, these books were right up my alley. I could not put them down. I hope other readers enjoy these Corps Justice books as much as I do when avidly reading them. There was only one exception to my own political views since I am basically a Democrat...Lol.

Good Reading

For the value it's really worth buying. Not sure if Jack is SuperHero or just a man that's tougher the Rambo. But either way it's a good read. You can get away from the real world for a couple of hours.
