Texas Hot

Rate this book
Brooklyn native Gina Leoni thought nothing could tear her away from her big, loving, Italian family but when things turn dangerous between her and her abusive ex, she vows to put miles between them. Little did she imagine she’d end up in rural Texas and staring into the intense green gaze of the hottest cowboy west of the Rio Grande River.Life was pretty simple in the town of Verde Hills yet nothing prepared rancher Mitch McBride for the petite brunette who walked in applying for a temporary job. Her sassy manner and sense of humor caught him off guard but it was the pain hidden in her dark eyes that made him yearn to protect. A smart man doesn’t get involved with a woman who might be gone tomorrow but since when does intelligence factor into the equation? Mitch vows to win the sexy little northerner and if trouble comes…he’ll face it head on.

Regina Carlysle is an award winning, multi-published author. She likes writing that is hot, edgy, and often humorous, and puts this trademark stamp on all of her stories. Regina lives in west Texas with her husband of 25 years and counting and is a doting, fawning, and over-indulgent mother to her two kids. When she's not penning steamy erotic tales or hot contemporary stories, she's indulging in long chats with friends who help her stay sane and keep her laughing.

Good Book

This is a good book. Short but good. The ending was good, but it should have been better. What happen a year later.

Good book

Loved it. Great story of a city girl and a cowboy. Heart wrenching, suspenseful, and romance all wrapped into one.
