Your Present is not your Mom’s steamy romance read. This short read will leave you panting for more. It’s more than just reading the letters on the page, but the experience of those words. This is a book that women who need to feel special will enjoy alone or with their partner. Trust me, my husband enjoyed the outcome of the first read and the multiple re-reads after because let’s be honest this is definitely the kind of book you’ll want to read multiple times ;)

First off, I'm not a narcissistic person. And I wouldn't normally review my own stuff like this, but since I don't have a gazillion booky friends willing to leave me reviews....I felt the need to say a few things about this piece.
Of all the erotica I've written, both public and private, this is one of my better efforts IMO....if for no other reason than the originality of it. I wasn't writing a story for my readers, I was attempting to take them on a fun, quick, erotic journey. A "wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am" kind of journey.
Originally this piece appeared as the first chapter in two earlier anthology type books I released. That proved to be a mistake, as this piece was radically different from everything else appearing in those anthologies. And as the first chapter, this threw a lot of readers off the scent of the rest of those books. The style of this just isn't for everyone. And I'm glad it isn't.
A lot of readers enjoyed it though....which left those two previous books to suffer when everything that came after the first chapter didn't live up to what I did with 'Your Present'. So you can see where using this piece as the first chapter really, really backfired on me.
Now I decided it was finally time to...whip it out...and give it to the readers of the world once more. (See what I did there?)
As a stand-alone, although very short, it serves its purpose well. That is, as a "quickie" you can fire up the old Kindle for anytime you like. If you are feeling the need to break up the monotony of your day at work...BAM...'Your Present' and a little privacy will help you do just that.
Or maybe you want to enjoy it with your partner. That apparently has been working for some people as well. Since I'm a guy, and I wrote this as a man speaking to the ladies out there...it's conceivable then that men would enjoy reading along with you also. Hell, I read this piece again before I re-published it...and I normally loathe reading my own writing...but reading this got even me excited and "ready". So if it works for me, I know it's gonna work for other guys out there too!
Bottom line is, I firmly believe this is well worth the $0.99 it costs; for the reread value alone. Anytime you need a "present"...here it is, waiting to give you one. ;)
And let's be real for a minute here. If you download this, and it does absolutely nothing for you (or your guy)...then by all means, return it within the allotted time and get a refund. It's not for everyone, and that's what makes it so atypical for the erotica genre.

Not what I was expecting...
This is more of a "how-to" manual, then a short story. If you are in need to learn how to pleasure yourself...This is the perfect book for you.
