Fluviul Șoaptelor, Haiganu. Furia Oarbă, Testamentul de ciocolată, Omulețul din perete, and Ultima carte. His work has received multiple national and international awards, has been translated into several languages, and featured in numerous anthologies.
He was editor-in-chief for various cultural and mainstream publications and wrote the scripts for some of the most enduring Romanian comic book series since 1989, including Harap Alb continuă and Tinerețe fără bătrânețe. He is a member of PEN Romania and the Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers Association (SFWA).
Since 2018, he has been leading the Armada imprint at Nemira Publishing House, dedicated to science fiction, fantasy, and thriller literature, as well as the company’s audiobook production. He currently lives in Bucharest, but his writing is deeply rooted in the memory of Mangalia, Iași, and Brăila—the cities where he first began to write and dream.

Marian Coman este scriitor, scenarist de benzi desenate și editor. A publicat romane și volume de povestiri care au atras atenția publicului și a criticii deopotrivă, printre care Haiganu. Fluviul Șoaptelor, Haiganu. Furia Oarbă, Testamentul de ciocolată, Omulețul din perete și Ultima carte . Lucrările sale au fost recompensate cu premii naționale și internaționale, iar textele i-au fost traduse în mai multe limbi și incluse în antologii prestigioase.
A fost redactor-șef în presa culturală și generalistă, a creat scenarii pentru cele mai longevive benzi desenate românești de după 1989 (Harap Alb continuă și Tinerețe fără bătrânețe) și este membru PEN România și al Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers Association (SFWA).
Din 2018, coordonează imprintul Armada al Editurii Nemira, dedicat literaturii SF, fantasy și thriller, precum și producția de audiobook-uri. Trăiește în București, dar poartă întotdeauna în el nostalgia Mangaliei, a Iașiului și a Brăilei – orașele unde a început să scrie și să viseze.

Wow, I'm impressed! The reinterpretation and mixing with SFF of the famous fairytale is extraordinary and I simply LOVE the graphics!

Primul numar din seria TFB, aparut abia la a treia incercare, cu un nou desenator, este superb.
Aspectul este unul modern, coloritul bogat, iar stilul desenelor este unul ridicat, cu nimic mai prejos fata de benzile desenate publicate in strainatate.
POvestea este o readaptare a povestirii Tinerete fara batranete de Ispirescu, dialogurile, in opinia mea, nefiind convingatoare in toate momentele.
Dar, per total, cititul acestui numar a fost o experienta deosebita!

After Abatia #1, which, for me, was a dissapointing entry point into Romanian comics, here comes TFB (Tinereţe fără Bătrâneţe) from the already well-established HAC! BD team.
TFB #1 is , unlike the aforementioned, an intriguing introductory issue. The SF twist on Petre Ispirescu's fairy tale makes it all feel refreshing yet familiar. Hopefully, they'll continue to take liberties in making the story exciting but also well-grounded into the work that they adapt.
Panza is, by far, the most interesting addition and serves as a suitable and brilliant companion for Amatheus. His unique character design helps, too.
As for Amatheus, I expect his development will occur along the series as he heroically overcomes his trials and obstacles. Sweet ride, though!
The art is lovely, featuring bright and beautiful colours scattered on almost every page. Now, of course, there are minor quirks here and there, but the vivid imagery provides a great experience.
"Poveştile lui Panza" makes for a wonderful end section and I hope it'll be reoccurring throughout the series.
I'm pleasantly surprised by TFB and I'm excited to see what the team is going to do next. Here's hoping they'll continue the series even after Ispirescu's story is fully rendered into comic book form.

Faină tare povestea!! Si artworkul e misto. Deja stiu ca vreau ca povestea sa continue si dupa ce se termina basmul lui Ispirescu! :-D Doua luni o sa mor de nerabdare!
