The Wolfverse #5
Knot Broken
She wanted to learn how to ask for what she wanted. Falling for three men was never part of the plan.
Nadia has never been good at asking for what she wants, especially in the bedroom. Determined to change that, she makes an appointment with an intimacy consultant.
Instead, she accidentally propositions three construction workers.
Embarrassed doesn't even begin to cover it.
When Tex, Ethan, and Grey run into her again, Nadia braces for awkwardness. What she gets instead is an irresistible proposition: no strings, no promises, just three men determined to help her discover exactly what she likes.
For the first time in her life, Nadia's needs come first.
As their casual arrangement turns into late-night laughter, lingering touches, and feelings none of them agreed to have.
Which is a problem.
They’re alphas, she’s a beta, so their fated mate is out there and it’s not her. Is Nadia heading for heartbreak, or is she about to discover she was never broken in the first place?
This is a why choose wolf shifter omegaverse standalone. It can be read separately to the other books in the series, though there are some cross over minor characters. HEA at the end. No cliffhangers.

Nadia made an appointment at a clinic to meet surrogates to fulfill her fantasy, and hopefully to improve the struggles she’s been having with satisfaction.
When a miscommunication leads her into the arms of three sexy builders instead, the encounter is amazing — but she is leery of relationships and commitments, while they are fully convinced that she is their fated mate.
They will need to convince her that she’s the one for them, but there are hurdles to overcome before Nadia is going to be willing to accept them.

It was so good to be in the Wolfverse again! I absolutely loved this. Watching Nadia learn to use her voice to ask for what she needed/wanted from her partners definitely felt so relatable. And watching her guys (who were far from perfect) learn to listen and support her was everything. The tension, chemistry, and spice was all perfectly executed. This was a erfect binge read for a Sunday morning - I couldn't put it down!

Oh my goodness, Sam is back with the best Wolfverse since A Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing! Don’t get me wrong, I’ve enjoyed them all, but there was something about this one that was next level and on par with the first book in the series that had me falling in love with this world all over again. The heat was cranked way up, which was amazing and yet tastefully catered to progressing the plot and emotional connection between Nadia and the guys. I think I really gravitated towards the relationship dynamic in that they communicated and faced challenges together instead of letting it fracture them. It felt like the ups and downs you experience when you’re getting to know someone were tackled with an air of maturity that I really liked. You got to follow the growth of each character, too! They were all captured in their own light and improved themselves as individuals to ultimately make for a more healthy and supportive pack. I loved the cinnamon roll qualities that Tex and Ethan brought as well as the possessive, OTT dominant aspect introduced by Grey. An amazing fated mates MFMM, shifting wolfverse romance you won’t want to miss!

Sam Hall is bringing in a whole new generation of alphas, betas, and omegas with her fifth book in the Wolfverse, Knot Broken. This book feels a little different from the others. It was a fast-burning, slow romance that included mistaken identity, fated mates, tons of miscommunication, and sex positivity. At first, it seems like a lighter read, but it goes deeper than it looks. These characters are flawed. They're like a Monet painting: from far away, it looks good, but up close it's chaotic.
When it comes to relationships, Nadia struggles to speak up for herself. The reason is some underlying trauma from her past. Nadia's trauma isn't the most obvious kind; it's harder to pinpoint, and therefore harder to work through. One thing I like about Sam is how real her MFCs are. Nadia didn't ask for the situation that came up and didn't really want to deal with any of it, which was very relatable. However, she stuck it out and was better off for it. The guys were great, but they had their own issues. They didn't even realize they were a pack. However, they acknowledged their faults and put in the work to fix things. That, more than anything else, is how they won me over.
Knot Broken was a good read. The characters faced unique issues but worked their way through them. I enjoyed the humor, the lighter moments, and the family drama. My favorite scene has to be Ethan's family dinner. It was chaotic and messy, and I loved it. The wolfy dreams/visions were pretty interesting as well. Knot Broke makes a great addition to the Wolfverse. Four stars.

I absolutely love the raw power of this book, where Nadia finally finds her voice after years of being silenced and suppressed. It’s an explosive reminder to every woman out there — you've been told your opinions don’t matter, that your struggles are invisible, and you’ve learned to carry that pain in silence for too long. But Sam hits that nerve so fiercely, so honestly, that it will ignite something deep within every woman who reads it. No matter where you’re coming from, this story will shake your soul and make you think, feel, and stand taller. Nadia believes she’s broken, that her worth is shattered — but she’s fighting through the darkness, working with a therapist, pushing through even at the most intimate levels. It’s an incredible journey of mistaken identity, female empowerment, and breakthrough moments that burst with emotion. They’re not perfect, but they’re fated mates —fighters who lift each other up, heal together, and ignite a fire in each other’s hearts. Honestly, I can’t recommend this enough — it’s fiery, it’s fierce, and the spice is absolutely spicing!

Love a consent king!
This was such an interesting plot line! I liked the absurdity of her misunderstanding who those guys were and then all the craziness that ensued. I loved seeing her growth throughout, learning more and more how to stand up for herself and speak about what she did and did not want! I loved each alpha and their unique personalities. I think Ethan might be my fave but it’s really so hard to pick! I did love how much Grey was constantly reminding everyone about consent, and then in the epilogue when the little one stands up for herself and says she doesn’t want to hug and her parents support/ encourage that! Same in my home- kids do not ever have to hug someone they don’t want to. That was a random thing, but it really was so meaningful to add that! I loved getting to see Riley and Candy and all their old crew again. I really enjoyed that tie in, especially since it’s been awhile since I read the previous book in the series. But it felt like coming back to a comfort story getting to read about them again :)

not the typical one but 100% the right one
If you’ve been reading, paranormal or reverse harem for any amount of time, you are well aware of the fated mate trope, full of Insta, love and insta togetherness. Those of us who like a little bit more reality in our delicious fantasies know there has to be more to it.
This book gives us the “what if a typical girl with some patriarchal oppression meets some typical men with their own brand of dysfunction and together their biology and some strong psychology and therapy make them a unit.”
She doesn’t move in as soon as she meets them. She doesn’t have them take care of everything from the first signs. They all have doubts and about themselves and the men are still just oblivious on how to communicate at times making the story so much more believable, even with humans taking more form!
There is a type of trauma that can be felt but is often overlooked, the silence and the approval coercion. I’m sure there is a more specific name, but that’s what I think of it. It’s very insidious and I feel the author presented and explained it well. It was a interesting perspective and watching the main character heal was cathartic.

Knot Broken is the fifth book in The Wolfverse series written by Sam Hall.
💜 omegaverse
💜 three best friends
💜 healing journey
💜 forced proximity
💜 🌶🌶🌶 spicy spice
Nadia can’t believe she’s actually doing this. Her therapist suggested it, and her best friend encouraged it once she heard about it. Now, it’s up to Nadia to follow through. She couldn’t believe this was actually a thing someone could do. But, here she is at the Good Vibes Clinic. Will it actually be helpful? Will she learn to be able to speak up for herself more? Would it help her to find someone she could be with as well?
This was such a fun addition to this series. I love how it added more to this world. I also enjoyed the character building as well. The fact that this book addressed different issues was also refreshing. I think that this book was well written and it kept pulling me in like all of the others before jt. I devoured this book pretty quickly.

I really enjoyed the journey that Nadia went on with her pack in this one. It felt like all of them benefited from the healing to varying degrees as they rallied to provide their omega what she needed to become who she was meant to be and banish some of the demons that had been haunting her in previous relationships. She and her men had instant chemistry even during the accidental meet cute, so it was easy to see where their initial confusion came from. Tex, Ethan, and Grey all want to help their omega and are devoted to her happiness and making her connection with her wolf go as easily as it possibly can, though they don’t always get everything right of course. Their dedication and persistence showed Nadia that they weren’t going to run away when things got hard, but would provide her with the stability she needed and craved. The cameos from series’ favorites was just a nice bonus on top of the HEA.

She just needed the right ones
I really enjoy the message in this book, where Nadia, the FMC, gets her suppressed voice back. It definitely delivers a message to women who have been told their opinions don't matter for their entire lives, and have learned to suffer in silence. Kudos to the author for the message - since this character Nadia, thinks she's just broken. She's doing the work with a therapist to get where she needs to get, and that includes at the intimate level. And when she has her first appointment at the sex clinic for therapeutic support.....well the men she meets get the job done, but therapists they are not. Great mistaken identity, female empowerment breakthrough, and they're not perfect but they are fated mates who help each other. Definitely recommend, great spice.

Well this was not what I was expecting, it's was much, much better.
So much pain woven all through this story. all the characters went through something in their childhoods, that had such a huge impact on each of them. and seeing how their childhood pain influenced their adulthood was eye opening, and hit a little close to home.
Beautifully written, (and I love seeing places and shops that im familiar with, Go Bunnings). I thoroughly enjoyed the latent aspect of being a shifter and how that not only affected the fmc, but one of the MMC's as well.
While Grey annoyed me at the start, seeing exactly why he kept holding himself back, and him then getting the wake up call he needed was an excellent touch, definitely made him much sweeter.
Can't wait to read more like this.

Wolfverse? Yes please!
This author is seriously my favorite. This paranormal world has wolf shifters, tropes I love like why choose, fated mates, and the female main character owning what she needs. The characters are not picture perfect, they screw up, massive groveling happens, and they do ultimately get their happily ever after. No pretty bows, but honest, hard won love and relationships everyone works at. I swear it is like therapy without the agonizing hard fought for insight. Lovely to see Riley and Candie again, but you don’t need to have read the prior Wolfverse stories to truly enjoy this. Awesome writing, well described characters, but it is always the boundaries, love, and relationships everyone works at that make me love her every book. Get it, I am positive this is the palate cleanser from toxic doom scrolling we all need.

WHEN MISCOMMUNICATION LEADS TO FATE
My first Wolfverse book from Sam Hall and now my TBR has grown as I need the others. As a standalone within the Wolfverse I was not at a disadvantage, in fact I think if the writing is as good as this book, I'm in for a treat. Trust and communication are key to this story and the FMC must learn to do both, trust the new men in her life and communicate honestly what she desires. The three MMCs are complicated in their differing personalities but with growth as individuals and as a pack, they are a perfect fated match for the determined and capable FMC. The writing from Sam Hall was engaging and descriptive, detail was what kept me wanting more in this story. I loved the characters, the story and the writing, add this to your must read for a fantastic paranormal, why-choose fated mates romance.

Can an accidental entanglement become the real thing?
Nadia has had string after string of unsatisfying relationships. She is never heard, and she can never communicate for what she wants.
Taking advice from her therapist, Nadia signs up for a sexual surrogacy so that she can practice asserting her needs.
But what happens when the guys she thinks she's meeting for the session are actually the guys getting paid to fix up the place, and things get hot and heavy.
The guys are so attracted to her. . . Is there a way for them to come together to create a pack, even with all the little parts that are broken in each and every one of them?
As you can see, you've got plot. There is DEFINITELY a lot of spice. Add a dash of seriousness and a splash of humor, and you've got this amazing book you won't be able to put down!

I’m so happy to be back in this universe of alphas and omegas. Hall does a great job of integrating a captivating storyline with humanity and heat.
Nadia has been left unsatisfied by all her previous relationships, so she takes matters to a professional. Only a slight misunderstanding leaves her in an entirely new predicament.
Like most of Hall’s work, this book holds a lot of character growth, very complex relationships and some difficult conversations for our main characters. And like all of her work, it is wonderfully done. The three men are vastly different from each other, and the dynamic is interesting to see. I kind of wished someone would punch Geoff though… All in, a great addition to this universe and I’m happy to see so many of the previous characters get a cameo

We start of meeting Nadia who has some issues that she is trying to work through. She goes intimacy consultant to help her with these issues, but instead of the consultant she meets three construction workers who she thinks is part of the consult she was to attend. One thing leads to another and we have Grey, Tex, and Ethan assisting her with her issues. The story shows a lot of growth for our beautiful FMC as she learns to find her voice and how to express herself. There are some drama filled moments that show just how silly people can be when they don’t properly communicate. The story is amazingly written and developed. It has a beautiful flow that pulls you in and doesn’t let go. I love how the story ends. It is an amazing story that absolutely needs to be read.

Okayyyy, I absolutely DEVOURED Knot Broken by Sam Hall!
This book had me hooked from the beginning and I could NOT put it down! The chemistry, the tension, the emotions. YES. And the relationship dynamics had me completely invested. I was stressed, swooning, and loving every second of it.
Sam Hall knows how to deliver that perfect combination of spice, drama, angst, and addictive characters, and Knot Broken had me flying through the pages because I just HAD to know what was going to happen next!
The characters had me in my feelings, and the spice was FIRE.
If you love an addictive romance with plenty of tension, possessiveness, emotional chaos, and spice, definitely add this one to your TBR!
I’m officially obsessed and already wanting more!!

I cannot express how much I love anything and everything that Sam writes. Now don’t get me wrong because I loved the bear series… But I love Wolfverse just as much if not more. This group’s meet cute was absolutely hilarious and I squealed more often than not with this book. I’m pretty sure I actually scared my cat a few times by making squealing, excited giggly girl noises. I don’t even have a favorite MMC in this either. They’re all awesome for different reasons… OK maybe I might like Tex the best… Maybe… there were a few times when I might have wanted to bop one of these… Let’s be honest all of these MMC’s upside the head for making dumb boy decisions… But isn’t that how romance works? Lol. I can’t wait to see what this author comes out with next. I will be not so patiently waiting!

It felt like the traditional order of things was flipped backward in this book, and I absolutely loved it!
If you're looking for a read with plenty of heat right from the get-go, this is definitely it! That said, I feel that the spice is really just the icing on the cake, and the real heart of the story is a deep dive into healing, self-discovery, and finding your true family, complete with all the problems and bumps along the road to a happy ending. Sam Hall's characters are (as always) amazing!
Nadia is a beta who spent her life letting people walk all over her, too afraid to speak up or ask for what she needs. But no longer! When her psychologist refers her to an intimacy consultant, things take an unexpected, life-changing turn.
Our alphas, Tex, Ethan, and Grey, are wonderful and I fell in love with them right from the start (though Grey is still my favorite *sigh*). They're all perfectly imperfect, devoted and, much like Nadia, woefully bad at communication, but each an essential part of the whole.
The pacing starts fast but evens out pretty fast. I got stuck reading because I just had to see how they'd handle all the obstacles and find their way back to each other.
What I love most is how authentic these characters feel. I saw parts of myself in Nadia and her men, which actually gave me some insights into my own life (free therapy, yay!).
In any case, this is another win for Sam Hall, even if it stands out as quite different from the rest of the Wolfverse, in a really good way (if that wasn't obvious by now haha).
Oh, did I mention we meet up again with our favorite scientist and her sidekick? Cause we do (and if I'm not mistaken, we've actually met a younger Grey in one of the previous books as well)!

Sam Hall has done it again! Knot Broken pulled me in from the very beginning, and once I started reading, I had a hard time putting it down.
I loved the characters and the dynamics between them. There’s such a great mix of tension, chemistry, emotions, and those moments that make you want to keep turning the pages just to see what happens next. I especially enjoyed how the relationships developed and how much emotional depth there was beneath all the chaos.
The pacing kept me hooked, and I flew through this one. It had everything I look for in a Sam Hall book — addictive characters, complicated relationships, plenty of drama, and a story that completely sucks you in.
Five stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m definitely not ready to leave this world yet, and I can’t wait to see what Sam Hall comes up with next!

Can a book with this much spice be cute, and a bit wholesome? This Wolfverse book was.
Nadia is the FMC, and she’s working on her the effects of past trauma on her life. She finds a way to start getting her voice back…. Annnddd it doesn’t go quite the way she expected. She gets an instant connection and all the drama that goes with it.
Miscommunication is a big theme of the book, and how the characters work through that.
I feel like the spice and wholesomeness were equal parts in this book.
There’s familiar faces from the first Wolfverse, and this seems to have been a quite a few years after the first one.
Another good and fun read from Hall!

This is, without a doubt, one of the best books by Sam Hall in this entire series. From the very first page, it was absolutely impossible to put down. I truly felt every single emotion—the tension, the annoyance, and the deep frustration—as the story unfolded.
Nadia is such a relatable character, and the mix-up that leads her to Tex, Ethan, and Grey is the perfect kickoff. The angst in this book is top-tier; the constant fear that these alphas will eventually find their fated mate and leave her behind had my heart aching. The character growth makes every frustrating and tense moment completely worth it!

Wow. Sam Hall never fails to disappoint. This book in the Wolfverse is definitely on point, and does some serious justice to the series as a whole. Nadia has had some seriously bad relationships with all of the wrong men. She ends up believing that the problem lies with her, when it's really not. She takes the plunge into sex therapy, and has a wonderful little mix up. Enter Tex, Ethan and Gray. Holy hotness in large, men sized packages. It was nice to see Riley and her pack again!! This book flows well, the plot was well developed and the characters were relatable and well written. I can't wait to read whatever she writes next!

WOW! What a start to a book! You get thrown right in and don't look back.
Nadia has had many struggles in her life but she is working to not only not let them define her but to become the person she wants to be and not let them hold her back. This story is set in the Wolfverse world so we have all of the alphas, knots and spice that you could want BUT… it is written with a lot of healing for not only the FMC but the MMCs as well. You get to know all of them individually and how they work as a pack. I also like that they are a bit more experienced in the world. The story has an amazing ending and I would read this again!!

A new wolfverse to sink my teeth into...
What can I say.
When Sam writes a wolfverse book, I can never say no to reading it.
She writes the characters with real traits that many can relate to. How to finds and writes the ideas surrounding alphas, omegas and betas is mind blowing. There are so many intricacies in her writing that I'm in awe of.
I love that she had omega/ female characters who aren't afraid to push boundaries whilst producing alphas/ male characters who are endearing and all about their mate.
This book was refreshing and I thoroughly enjoyed characters from other wolfverse books being in there.
Can't wait to see what's next 😁

Review of advance copy
Knot Broken introduces us to Nadia, a woman who’s seemingly having trouble asking for what she wants. Through a series of events she meets Grey, Ethan and Tex, finds out she’s a latent omega and that these guys are her mates. Everything that happens in between is an interesting take on Omegaverse novels and the Wolfverse series by Sam Hall has another great entry. I’ve loved this series from the beginning and it was great to see old characters make appearances. If you love this series you’ll love this entry.

I was so excited to return to The Wolfverse and Knot Broken was such a perfect read for me. From mistaken identity, to complicated characters, this book covered the gambit. Nadia the FMC, Tex, Grey and Ethan are the MMC's and together they have enough quirks and issues, that it quickly becomes apparent the only way to get through them is together. I loved the emotional journey for each of them. The steamy moments are focussed on her pleasure and very, very spicy. There are sweet moments, big emotion moments and I really loved the found family.

Wow, this was such an emotional and thought provoking read. Nadia had trouble asking for what she wanted, but, aren't so many of us are in the same position? Then they all have to navigate a relationship that, in theory, should be easy but, with not just human personalities but also wolf ones, there are a lot of variables and too much going unsaid.
I loved that they all learnt to communicate with each other, and that they realised that, just because it was a fated mates situation, didn't mean everything was going to fall into place quickly or easily.

Wow what a great addition to this series! I absolutely loved Nadia and her pack. They all had things from their past to overcome in order to let each other in and become a family. I loved how they needed each other to overcome it all and thrive together in a happy whole unit. I love how all of the mates are so different from each other and are all essential in bringing the story to an epic happy ending. The spice in this book is off the charts hot and starts from the very beginning! This series is my absolute favorite and I highly recommend it and this wonderful, talented author!
