Personally really enjoyed this book - it's simple (very) but the perfect starting point for learning how to get to know yourself and your body.

The Pranajali 8 steps towards the back sparked my interest and even if you don't classify yourself as religious the principles outlined make logical sense to living a more relaxed life and understanding how to control your body (after all, it is yours!).

The recommended reading page I also highly rate - having listened to 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle I would suggest listening/reading this too.
