Superb.

I have loved this series. Brilliantly written, I haven't been able to put it down. Gutted now because it's finished. Can't wait for more from Mr. Fabbri.

I can honestly say this series has been my favourite historical read. The subject to me is fascinating and the author does it justice. Why do people get caught up in fantasy like game of thrones for instance when real life is so much better and actually happened.
I don't know about u but I am fed up of the swords and sandals ( Roman genre) market so beloved by the established authors. Fabbri moves the goalposts and in sporting terms gives us more than a bore draw. The so called historical fiction author big guns could learn a thing or too and maybe move away from Rome as it's gets repetitive IMHO. Mr Fabbri I salute u and thank you for a good few hours well spent. Absolutely loved it.( I included the full series)
