Snap Like a Crocodile

It's a snap! Open the flap and do what a crocodile does! And then make like a dog and sniff and bark, or squawk like a parrot sitting up in the tree. It's simple to snuffle and oink (be a pig!) or grin like a shark (my--those teeth are big!). Can you do every one of those things? 12 pages (all in color), 7 x 7.

A smaller, lift-the-flap book that would work well as a lap read with a young child. Recommended I keep this on hand in case the group ends up being small. Not my favorite book, but it does use some animals not found in other books I was looking through.

3/2/10: I skipped this one because 1) I was not a huge fan of it and 2) I thought it might be too small of a crowd to use. But I should have done it if anything because of time.

3/4/10: After some suggestions on how to try this one, I think I made the book work. The group was smaller as it was and I think they liked the colors.
