I absolutely loved “Willow Creek Crime Watch” by Michelle Powers! This was such a fun, addictive mystery thriller that perfectly balanced humor with suspense. I found myself laughing one minute and completely invested in unraveling the mystery the next. The pacing was spot on from beginning to end. And Reese...she had me yelling out loud at her more than once! Her decisions had me shaking my head, but they also made her such an entertaining character to follow.
If you're looking for a mystery that's full of laughs, suspense, and characters who will keep you talking to the pages, I highly recommend this one!

I absolutely loved this book. It's my new favorite of hers. I suspected so many people, and still ended up shocked. It's very well written. Great job, Michelle!

It's loved it! I had one main suspect and another suspect that kept gnawing at me. But, I kept insisting it was my main suspect. It turns out, I should have went with the secondary suspect. I love figuring out the twists and who is behind it all, but this one had me doubting everyone at some point.

I LOVED this book so much!!! I don’t think I’d be able to put it into words but I could NOT put it down. 10/10, amazing, all the awards. Also I’m in love with Matlock the Rottweiler, who is the goodest boy in the whole world.

Willow Creek Crime Watch was so good. I laughed at some scenes, jumped at some scenes and thought that the mystery and suspense was just perfect in this story. The characters were amazing and Michelle was so on point with how these characters reacted to each scene. Spectacular storyline and a must read book.

🔥 Absolutely devoured this book! 🔥
Michelle did it again! 🙌 I absolutely flew through this book! From the very first chapter, she had me hooked and wondering where this story was going to take me.
There’s something about a neighborhood full of perfectly kept houses, nosy neighbors, and people who seem to know everyone else’s business that makes for the PERFECT thriller setting. And honestly, this felt like it could happen in any quiet little neighborhood. You never really know what’s happening behind those closed doors. 👀
I loved the whole “nosy neighbor” aspect because sometimes the person who seems to be sticking their nose where it doesn’t belong may actually be the one person paying attention when everyone else isn’t. And sometimes, that nosy neighbor might just be the person who ends up saving the day!
The twists kept me second-guessing what I thought I knew, and every time I thought I had things figured out, something else came along to make me question everything. Michelle does such a great job creating that feeling of something isn’t quite right and keeping the suspense going until the very end.
And that ending.... Matlock was the real MVP! 😂 If you know, you know!

What a fun mystery murder book. Reese moved into the perfect neighborhood. Lots of fun, block parties and just good people until Sally was found dead in the woods. Reese started the Willow Creek Crimewatch and spent so much money on cameras and security at her house. Many neighbors did as well especially after Jennifer was found dead short time later. Who was if and what are they after. Reese became addicted, loosing sleep trying to get to the bottom of it all. tyson across the street was always a suspect of hers until she figures out he is FBI. But he is really? The neighborhood still went on with the biggest Halloween blockparty and were not going to let fear ruin it. But as the party is winding down Reese gets the text to find who is the killer is. Enjoyed the humor, the fun relationships between all the neighbors and keeping me on my toes trying to figure it out along with Reese.

I absolutely enjoyed this story. Michelle has done it again!! She had hooked from the 1st chapter. As someone lives in a small town, i can imagine the residents of willow creek feel like after two of their neighbors are murdered.
I laughed at some scenes, jumped at some scenes and thought that the mystery and suspense was perfect! I kept trying to guess who the murderer was. I was not correct! I love the Ms Powers kept me Eurasian’s and thinking i had it all figured it out!!

This one will make you think or rethink your surrounding including those you’ve known for years. This is a perfect spooky read for to add to your TBR for the season!
You will be thrown through a loop with the twists and turns in this book. The shock factor was excellent! Michelle has quickly become one of my fav authors and this book just solidified that for me.
Watch out for those neighbors who you think are your best friends and who you spend a lot of time with. Because sometimes behind that wave, smile, or plate of warm welcoming cookies lies a more sinister, evil person using those things as a cover.
I am a fan for life.

This book here is definitely worth the read. This is my favorite book so far by this author. This book had you all over the place suspecting everyone at different times of committing the murders. This had you guessing till the very end. If you haven't read anything by this author this one is highly recommended as a first book. When someone is creeping through the woods in the neighborhood and has committed murder and has the community in panic mode until the killer is found but who is the killer? Is it one of the neighbors? How far will someone go to protect their identity?

Super Twisty and loads of fun. I was hooked from the beginning. I was laughing at everybody at one point just turn around and shake my head at them. Had me following clues all the way to the end, before figuring it out. I loved that. Reese could have carried the whole book on her own. Her antics and way of thinking, it's still a mystery on how her brain works. Great read.
If you're looking for a fun, clue like, thriller, this is the read for you. You'll sit down and not want to get up until it's done.

This was a fun full themed thriller! I loved the neighborhood watch approach to solving local crime because all of us thriller readers think we know what's going on with the neighbors!
I was suspicious of a few people and luckily one of the suspects on my list was correct!

Awesome book! Reese is living in a lovely quiet neighborhood, until 2 of her friends are murdered! She starts a Crime Watch page for her community, and boy do things get stirred up! Nobody knows who to trust anymore. Does the murderer live in the neighborhood or were they just passing through? I thought I had this one figured out a couple times but no! Michelle is a great writer. This was a great book!

Michelle Powers has done it again. From the start of this novel I was drawn in. It was fun and thrilling all at the same time. A quick read. There was never a dull moment in this novel. It was packed with mystery, suspense, twist and just the right amount of humor to carry you to the very end. Great Halloween read.

Who knew a neighborhood watch group could be this addictive? Willow Creek Crime Watch is a twisty, suspenseful ride filled with secrets, suspicion, a touch of humour, and just the right amount of paranoia. I’ll never look at a doorbell camera the same way again!

Another really good read by Michelle. It had me hooked from the beginning. Matlock was of course my favorite character haha. The only thing is I would’ve loved more background about Bev and Tyson. Otherwise it was an easy and engrossing read. A definite recommend!

This is my first book by Michelle Powers, and I'm now a huge fan! I felt like I was just one of the neighbors through the whole story! It kept me guessing from one chapter to the next! I just loved every bit of this book! Fantastic read!

Reese’s spiral into amateur sleuthing feels uncomfortably real, and the book plays with that tension beautifully: the late‑night clips, the odd coincidences, the way normal people start looking guilty when you stare long enough. It’s a fast, addictive read that had me second‑guessing every character and loving every twist, especially the way it turns something as mundane as a neighborhood watch page into pure dread.

You are immresed in the characters world. Picking at clues and watching shadows lurk. Fully engaged trying to figure out which neighbor is up to no good.
The array of characters make this story so relatable. We all have a neighbor exactly like those in this book. Or we can relate to being just like one of them ourselves.
