In Sleeper Down, ATF agents, Troy Barclay and Amber Neilson, conceive a brilliant plan to snatch a top secret CIA mole out of Russia. The mole, who supplies 80% of the intel on Russia, is in jeopardy because the head of the GRU (Russian Military Intelligence) is close to discovering him. Sworn in as CIA agents, Troy and Amber go to Moscow where their operation goes sideways and they are forced to flee Moscow and head for the Russian/Finland border. With a group of allies, they fight their way to the border, but Troy gets cut off from the group, and as Troy's group rides a train to freedom, Amber jumps off the train to go back for Troy.
In Puppet Master Down, Troy manages to elude thousands of soldiers and stay free but Amber is captured by the dangerous and cunning GRU Director, Borislove Levovich, who sabotaged the previous GRU director and took his position. Director Levovich wants to be President of Russia but to put his plan into effect, he needs to undermine and discredit President Wolfovich, and he intends to use Amber to do it. After firefights and narrow escapes, Troy finds that Amber has been captured and tries to rescue her. Meanwhile, Troy and Amber's boss, Chet Franklin, organizes a rogue rescue team and leads it across the Finland/Russia border.
Director Levovich meets with Amber and promises her freedom if she helps him with his plan. She doesn't trust him but knows in her heart that Troy will rescue her so she acquiesces. Concerned that there will be a rescue attempt, Director Levovich takes Amber to Moscow to meet with President Wolfovich which is the first step in his plan to replace the President. Chet Franklin's rescue team follows Director Levovich to Moscow unaware that Troy is there on his own rescue mission.
In a gut-wrenching finale', the rescue team and Troy and Amber, shoot their way out of the Kremlin in an extraordinary firefight that leaves Troy and Amber on their own and the rescue team under siege by Kremlin guards. After stealing a car, Troy and Amber race through Moscow in a rolling gunfight that leaves behind a trail of shattered cars and crashed helicopters. Mr. Adams went on to work for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as an investigator where he worked bank fraud and embezzlement cases. He has been a licensed commercial and residential contractor and built and developed many housing units. As a lark, he signed on with a small Hollywood literary agency where he worked as a literary agent for many years. While working as an agent, he wrote several scripts and the third one was made into a movie called SECOND CHANCES. Since then he has written, directed and produced a number of award-winning shorts and several feature films.
