Nice short book to start with

I think this book deserves 5 stars because it gets straight to the point and gives you tools to try out and explanation , if anyone like myself is just starting to find thereself this is a good book to start with.

Good read

This book was a quick read with simple techniques to start a meditation practice and unpack emotional issues so you can move forward and get unstuck

Relief

I was indeed excited to read this. The thought process is something that I can do. I learned that I was almost there. I took notes on each chapter. Thank you

Lots of good advice

I think this book has a lot of good advice. I am going to put some of these things into practice to see if they help my mental health.

Good book

Its short but sweet it gives the reader the tools to go forward in a simple easy to read manner
