This was informative regarding tactics that PR reps employ to preempt, manage, and respond to social media crises threatening their brand. As someone who is not a PR rep, it was educational and allows me to recognize good PR representation on social media and also gives me some insight into how a company perceives its publications are being received based on its activity. I thought that the case studies presented were helpful and engaging and the author's expertise on the subject allowed for a level of flow in reading that kept me turning the pages.

Interesting facts about social media "boxing ring" and its linkages with the real world. Social media is the name of the game which no one can avoid or deny. The earlier you prepare and equip yourself the better are the chances to avoid negative effects.
