Splash is a wonderful compilation of nine novellas by different authors. They all have a water location and are just perfect for reading on a summer's evening.
Each story is faith filled and I enjoyed all of them. I do have two favourites - More Than Friends by Autumn Macarthur, where I was reacquainted with Cat from one of the Love In Store novels; and Orphaned Hearts by Marion Ueckermann where I just revelled in the Zambian setting surrounded by orphaned children and elephants.
Splash is just a perfect collection to add to anyone's library this summer.
His Perfect Catch by Narelle Atkins was a very sweet story to open the collection. The characters of Mia and Pete are delightful. Both have been let down in the past and are learning to live and trust again. A cross roads in life means they have to choose which way to go.
Sweet Serenade by Valerie Cromer is a gentle romance, focusing on God's standard for dating. Carly, new to the area is pleased to be in a young adults group at church, but is horrified to find that double standards are the norm. The novella emphasises that there are no gradients to sin. Sin is always sin but if we truly repent, God will forgive and forget. It is possible to have a new life in Christ.
More Than Friends by Autumn Macarthur - Cat and Alistair have always been friends, having grown up together. They both harbour a secret, Cat loves Ally but thinks herself unworthy of him, and Ally loves Cat but thinks he is unworthy of her. They are just best friends. Cat runs a church group for the disabled, and on a day trip to the seaside, Ally steps in to help out. The day trip is an eye opener and a heart opener. There are no mistakes in God's eyes, everyone is 'imperfectly perfect'.
The novella deals with the theme of guilt and trying to work out our salvation. Jesus died to save us all and there is no condemnation in Him. We must learn not to condemn anyone including the face in the mirror.
I adore Autumn Macarthur's writings, and this is no exception. It is a heart warming tale, and as a teaching assistant for special needs teenagers, I loved all the youngsters in the story. It is clear that Autumn Macarthur has an affinity with these wonderful children. I also enjoyed the appearance of Hector the dog.
Love Flies In by Heidi McCahan deals with the theme of bitterness and hurt. It also issues the warning of not being yoked to an unbeliever. An easy evenings read.
Testing The Waters by Lesley Ann Mcdaniel is a wonderful and amusing story, that had me laughing out loud at times. It highlighted the importance of being just who God created us to be. That everyone is unique, and we should not believe the lies that the enemy can plant in our heads via people telling us we are worthless. A heart warming and touching tale.
The Lifeguards, The Swim Team And Frozen Custard by Carol Moncado is a pleasant story written in the first person. It had more of a Young Adult feel to the fiction.
Time And Tide by Lynette Sowell is a wonderful family story with a darling little girl called Trista. It was a story about forgiveness and letting go of the past in order to move into the future. It showed that family is not just flesh and blood, but the people around you who love you. The family supports, helps and prays for you.
Draw You Near by Jan Thompson is a gentle love story with a solid Christian moral about building your life upon the rock. Trust in God, and keep your eyes on Him.
Orphaned Hearts by Marion Ueckermann journeys to the wilds of Zambia to both a children's orphanage and an elephant orphanage. An absolutely wonderful story where the African scenery invades your brain, whilst the children and baby elephants invade your heart. It was a warm, happy story of new beginnings and restored relationships with God.

His Perfect Catch: Narelle Atkins

Loved Mia and Pete's story. Some times it's hard to make wishes, dreams and hopes line up. City girl vs traveling boy. And it's always great fun to watch them realize the important things in life and make things work for everyone.

Sweet Serenade: Valerie Comer
A sweet story about waiting and God's forgiveness. Really enjoyed this book about outdoor adventure and the struggles couples go through trying to stay pure.

More than Friends: Autumn Macarthur

They've known each other for years. They loved each other when they were younger. But something went wrong the year they both went on a mission trip together. Since then Cat has loved Alistair from afar. And Alastair has been living the life of a different date every week. The non-serious dater.

When Cat asks his help for a trip for disabled kids, Alistair allows her to talk him in to it. They spend the day in wonder at seeing each other differently than they have for years.
This was a wonderful story to read.

Love Flies In: Heidi McCahan
Loved this story. When they met in college, Chase and Tisha did not get along. They teased and harassed each other because she was outspoken about his religion. Now they meet up again, both wanting to buy the same cabin. Old feelings show up and when other problems creep in, they find themselves really liking each other but knowing things can't work out between them. Or can they?

Great story teller, this new to me author is. I will be looking for more of her books!

Testing the Waters: Lesley Ann McDaniel

Some times it's easier to pretend to be someone else.

Teresa is getting away after a bad breakup. Her ex boyfriend told her she wasn't good enough. When she meets Curt on the beach she decides to be someone else. Which is fine, until she meets up with him again. And again. It's hard to pretend when you are yourself around some people and not others and then the people start showing up together.

This was a great story. I really enjoyed it as I have other books by this author. Looking forward to more.

The Lifeguards, The Swim Team and Frozen Custard:

Abother great short and sweet story. Clark Kent and all. CJ is a new lifeguard at the pool that Alivia has worked at a long time. When her boss pairs them together they get to spend a lot of time hanging out together and getting to know each other. There are some surprises in the story and it was all enjoyable.

Time and Tide: Lynette Sowell

Karyn and Brodie had been friends for a lot of years. Then June 18th happened and everything changed. Now it's years later and Karyn has returned to town. How will life be for them? There's a lot that goes on. This was a great novella. I really enjoyed it.

Draw You Near: Jan Thompson

Interesting book about two trust fund people who live frugally. Abilene is an artist. One of her paintings caught the attention of Lars. He had to meet the artist so he could find the lady in the painting. Something about her called to his soul.

Abilene tries to avoid Lars but he keeps showing up everywhere she is. He is finally able to convince her to spend some time with him but then disaster strikes and she sends him on his way. It takes a while to get things ironed out, but in the end everything works out.

Orphaned Hearts: Marion Ueckermann

Excellent way to end this great set of stories used in the Splash boxed set.

Loved the story and the characters in this one. Excellent story one. Very romantic.

His Perfect Catch by Narelle Atkins, author of the Snowgum Creek series
A holiday romance isn’t part of the plan when Mia Radcliffe temporarily moves to Sapphire Bay and lives next door to Pete McCall, her secret crush from years ago. Pete prefers the simple life. Can Mia leave behind her big-city dreams and settle with Pete in the seaside town?

My thoughts: I found His Perfect Catch somewhat predictable. The conversation was stilted and the character’s flat. Mia is hiding from her ex-fiancé because he told her to while he lives the high-life. But yet she has no shortage of job offers while she’s in “hiding” and he has no problem finding her when he wants to. By then she and Pete had established a friendship and she’s dreaming of him moving to Sydney with her when she goes. Pete has no plans to return. How can they work this out? Read His Perfect Catch to find out. 3 stars.

Sweet Serenade by Valerie Comer, author of the Farm Fresh Romance series
Carly and Reed thrive on the rush of running rapids in a canoe until they capsize in both river and romance. Will secrets from the past drown their future, or can this idyllic summer romance lead to a lifetime of sweet serenades?

My thoughts: I absolutely love Ms. Comer’s books! She promotes values (both Christian and natural) that I totally embrace. She is also a stellar storyteller, creating characters that I can completely identify with. I loved Reed… he is such a man’s man and a committed Christian as well. Carly is much more outgoing than he is, and more physical, but even so she is willing to let him set the pace. I loved Sweet Serenade and give it 5 stars.

More than Friends by Autumn Macarthur, author of the Love in Store series
When nurse Catriona asks for help with her Vacation Bible School for disabled children, she never imagines how much could go wrong on a simple seaside day out — or that the colleague she's secretly loved for years might come to see her as more than his best friend's little sister.

My thoughts: I mostly enjoyed this book. I loved the way Cat and Ally worked with the disabled children, they were so patient and kind with them. The ending kind of ruined the book for me with the misunderstandings and a novels worth of baggage coming to light in the final eighth of the book. I loved the way Cat and Ally worked with Olivia and Zach. A very touching camp/Bible school story. 4 stars.

Love Flies In by Heidi McCahan, author of the Emerald Cove series
He’s a seaplane pilot determined to honor his convictions. She’s a kayak guide who mocked his faith for sport. One small lakeside cabin in Alaska can’t house them both.

My thoughts: Sweet. I loved the way this one ended. I didn’t like that both characters had bad relationships with their parents. 4 stars.

Testing the Waters by Lesley Ann McDaniel, author of the Madison Falls series
After breaking up with her ultra-critical boyfriend, Teresa decides to reinvent herself. She meets a nice guy named Curt on the beach in Crescent Cove, Oregon, and tells him she’s Terése from Paris. Pretending to be someone else is fun until the unthinkable happens — she starts to fall for him.

My thoughts: I didn’t like the way Teresa lied to Curt all the way through the book. The story, however, was very well written and engaging. The characters were realistic. If it weren’t for the lying, it would’ve been practically perfect. I have to admire Curt the way he handled it, not at all the way I would’ve. The book was also very clean, sexually, with the first kiss happening after marriage. If it weren’t for the lying, this would easily be five stars. I’m giving it 4.5. I would read more by this author.

The Lifeguards, the Swim Team, and Frozen Custard by Carol Moncado, author of the CANDID Romance series Lifeguard Alivia Collins looks forward to another summer on the guard stand at the Serenity Landing Aquatic Center. This year, she’s going to have to keep herself from falling for the cute, new guard - or realize it’s time to give love another chance.

My thoughts: Loved, loved, loved this book. I’ve never read any of Carol Moncado’s books before, but I might have to look up some. Alivia and CJ were great, lifeguards, and CJ was just a straight-out awesome guy. The story was well told and interesting and held my interest the whole way through. 5 stars.

Time and Tide by Lynette Sowell, author of the Lone Star Hearts series
When out-of-work fashion journalist Karyn Lewis uses the summer to regroup on the coast of Virginia, she plans to lie low at Pine Breezes campground. She doesn't plan for her heart to be on a collision course with old friend Brodie Reed. They must decide if the past that looms between them will be too much for them to have a future together.

My thoughts: I’ve read several others of Ms. Sowell’s traditionally published books, and I think, without even knowing who the author of this novella was, I would recognize her voice. I enjoyed getting to know Karyn and Brodie and seeing how their life interacted past and present. Brodie’s daughter has a strong love of horses/ponies like most young girls. I wasn’t clear whether she had a learning disability or not, Brodie’s girlfriend thought she did, as well as her teacher, but it was indicated it might be a personality difference instead. A minor string, but left untied. 4 stars.

Draw You Near by Jan Thompson, author of the Savannah Sweethearts series
Savannah artist Abilene Dupree keeps her personal life out of her commercial paintings except one. That one painting has now brought Londoner Lars Cargill back to the coastal town and into her art world. Can she hold him at bay before he invades her personal space and her heart?

My thoughts: This story is told, not shown, serving to keep the reader distant from the characters. Also, Abiline is rather unkind and downright rude at times. As an artist, surely she would recognize the need to be nice to fans—as Lars clearly was. Lars has an unbridled tongue—rather amusing at times, but a stick-his-foot in his mouth scenario mostly. I enjoyed the paint-fight scene. I liked the faith message, too. 3.5 stars

Orphaned Hearts by Marion Ueckermann, author of the Heart of Africa series
His faith buried with his wife, Simon devotes himself to raising his daughter and orphan elephants. Lady Abigail postpones an arranged marriage, leaving England to teach the children of Africa. Will his past—or her future—keep their hearts orphaned?

My thoughts: I have never read anything by Ms. Ueckermann before. And so far, the books I’ve read set in Africa I haven’t cared much for. This book, involving a caretaker for orphaned elephants and a teacher for orphaned humans was too cute. Simon is still very much married to his five-years-dead wife when Abigail lands, but the attraction is instantaneous. Abigail is set to marry a Viscount—and is herself on the royal ladder as the daughter of an Earl, but she quickly falls for Simon and Chloe, too. There is something... I skimmed a lot. I’m not sure if I was tired of reading by then, or if it was in the writing, but the story was still good. For more conservative readers, there is beer and wine drinking. 4.5 stars.

Grab a tall glass of lemonade or iced tea and dip your toes into a cool pool of water on a hot summer's day while you enjoy the never-before-released Christian romance novellas in SPLASH! Snag your copy today.

Overall thoughts: Great nine book collection. It introduced me to new to me readers, in addition to the one I was already familiar with and loved her stories. I will look for more by some of these authors. If you don’t want to buy a big 900 page book (even if it is kindle) or just want an individual author’s books, then they are (or will soon be) available individually. Some are already available for preorder.

4.6 stars. Available in ebook. 895 pages.

I obtained this book from the author(s) in exchange for my honest review.

The one thing I like about a book bundle is the opportunity to read an author’s work that I haven’t read before. Take SPLASH! 9 Refreshing Romance Novellas Filled with Faith. This bundle includes authors Narelle Atkins, Valerie Comer, Autumn Macarthur, Heidi McCahan, Lesley Ann McDaniel, Carol Moncado, Lynette Sowell, Jan Thompson, and Marion Ueckermann. I’ve read good books by Valerie Comer and Carol Moncado, so I found this especially appealing to pick up new books by a couple of favorite authors. Plus I wanted something fun to read that highlights all I enjoy during the summer: sun, sand, surf, shopping, the pool, picnics, cookouts, bonfires, smores, fishing, and more. I purchased this ebook gem for $0.99 at http://www.amazon.com back in the early summer and I haven’t been disappointed. (By the way, the bundle is still $0.99 today (August 5, 2015) so don’t miss out.) These are quality, heartwarming, romantic stories set all across the world. They are filled with endearing characters that have to overcome internal and external struggles in order to have that ‘happy ever after’. And, there is always some body of water to cool things off when the romance warms up: a cove, ocean, pool, river, etc. Simply put, it is FUN summer reading!

#1 His Perfect Catch - by Narelle Atkins - This is a story about Mia and Pete. Mia is a city girl from Sidney, Australia, escaping a media sensationalized legal issue with her ex-boyfriend. Pete is a traveling contractor who has found his dream home and business in a quiet, cozy, cove/town on the coast. They are neighbors and simply friends right? Or has love slowly worked its way into their relationship? Will past choices and future opportunities break the strong bond they have formed? This story distantly reminded me of “Love Comes Softly,” in way the theme of love gently built to much more over time.

#2 Valerie Comer: Sweet Serenade (Book 3 in The Riverbend Series). This is a story about Carly and Pete. Enjoy canoeing and singing around a campfire? Then this is the book for you. Carly and Pete work for competing outfitters in Riverbend (Canada). Carly is new to town, and reconnecting with life after the death of her beloved father. Pete is a deeply devoted Christian who has the reputation of being ‘ice cold’ when it comes to dating. But, Pete sees something genuine in Carly that intrigues him. Carly likes Pete, but she has some secrets that she fears can’t be forgiven, as well as a jealous cousin, Brittany, who subtly works to cause hurt and trouble. Will these two figure out God has a greater plan for them all?

#3 Autum Macarthur: More Than Friends – This is Catriona’s and Alistair’s story. Catriona is a gifted nurse who has created a program to take special needs children to the beach for a day filled with fun that works within each child’s abilities, giving the parents a break. When a member of Cat’s team backs out of the event, Cat has to call on a family friend Alistair. Ali and some coworkers often hurts Cat’s feelings with their teasing behavior. However Alistair sees Cat in a whole new way when he realizes how patient and caring she is for each child regardless of the difficulty of the situation. This story was particularly touching when it came to the interactions with the special children. Some of their stories will break your heart, so grab some tissues.

#4 Heidi McCahan: Love Flies In – Tisha is in Alaska to get away from a Love Flies In by Heidi McCahancontrolling mother. Chase is in a business partnership, but isn’t satisfied with his job. He remembers Tisha from school. They often had fun banter together, but she was critical of his Christian faith. A surprise encounter has them wondering if they’ve both grown-up and changed? And what will Tisha do when faced with a family emergency that is calling her back home… I was satisfied with story, but will admit that is ended a bit too quickly for me.

#5 Leslie Ann McDaniel: Testing The Waters – This is Curt’s and American Teresa’s, or should I say, French Terese’s story. Teresa has spent the last couple of years dating a guy who continually destroyed her self-esteem. After a difficult break-up she heads to the beach for some peace, quiet, and reflection. What she finds is Curt, a waiter, who looks at her like she’s pretty and smart. Feeling like she isn’t good enough, she tells Curt she is Terese, an intriguing visitor from Paris. Its only for four days right? What could go wrong? This author was a new one for me, and I look forward to reading other books by Ms. McDaniel. The descriptive beach setting in Oregon made me want to go on vacation!

#6 Carol Moncado: The Lifeguards, the Swim Team, and Frozen Custard – Even though CJ and Alivia are adults this reminded me of the joy of first teen romance and the excitement of that first kiss. Sigh! CJ has a great burden on his shoulders and struggles to trust others to help. Alivia is generous with helping others, but doesn’t understand CJ’s aloofness. By working together as lifeguards and helping the swim team, can they learn to forgive and trust each other? This book for me was a trip down memory lane. As a teenager I loved to swim with friends at the pool and what a treat it was when parents treated us to frozen custard or ice cream. This is truly a “sweet” summer romance.

#7 Lynette Sowell: Time and Tide – Karyn has lost her job and has returned to a campground in Chincoteague, Virginia where she grew up with neighbors who were like family. Going back brings back memories of losing her best friend, Megan, and a hurtful accident that took Megan’s life. Brodie is a single dad trying to raise a precocious 8 year old daughter. Seeing Karyn again brings back heartache, but also a chance at forgiveness, new love, and hope for the future. I have visited Chincoteague Island and seen the wild ponies, so this story attracted me for the setting alone. Add special characters like Aunt Fay and Uncle Virgil who truly bring the feeling of ‘family’ to the story and you have a nice seaside romance.

#8 Jan Thompson: Draw You Near – Artist Abilene loves her quiet life in Savannah, GA. She’s frugal, but not ‘starving,’ and she is able to do what she lovesDraw You Near by Jan Thompson to do – paint. Wealthy British, Lars, comes to Savannah seeking the subject of a painting that Abilene created. Art is personal to Abilene, so this intrusion by Lars (which to me bordered on stalking), upsets the peaceful balance she has created in her life. Lars discovers the artist is much more interesting than the subject of her painting and tries to draw Abilene to him, but Lars has some soul searching to do before he can truly commit. Will their common faith help them to ‘picture’ themselves together? This story made me want to visit Savannah and see all the beauty that the author brings to life in this story. I will have to say that the conversations between Abilene and Lars were initially difficult for me to follow, but improved as the story developed.

#9 Marion Ueckermann: Orphaned Hearts – The problem with novellas is that sometimes I enjoy the story so much that I want the author to deepen and unfold the characters and their story. Orphaned Hearts was a well written story about widower and elephant rescue specialist, Simon, and his feisty daughter, Chloe. Simon has mourned the loss of his wife for five years and his life has revolved around his daughter and his elephants. An encounter with the elegant Abigail Chadwick, a kindergarten teacher for the local orphanage, leaves Simon longing for companionship. Can Simon overcome his anger with God, plus let go of his grief and guilt, to have a future with Abigail? Heartwarming story and romance. (Note to my clean read friends: there is mention of alcohol in this story, but it is brief and part of a scene where a meal is being served.)

Abilene Dupree is an artist living in Savannah. Lars Cargill tracks her down to find out who a woman is in one of her paintings. As they get to know each other, Lars figures out who is in the painting. Abilene's friend does a background check on Lars and fills her in on who he really is. When Lars' past catches up to him, will Abilene still be in his future? Can Abilene tell Lars who she really is? When her ex-boyfriend shows up, will she choose the life she knew or the life she can have with Lars?

Orphaned Hearts by Marion Ueckermann

Once I started this story, I couldn't put it down. Set in Africa, Simon Hartley is raising his daughter alone after his wife dies. Abigail Chadwick is going to spend one year not being Lady Abigail and work at an orphanage in Africa before marrying. Can Simone finally put his wife to rest and fall in love again? Can Lady Abigail be happy in Africa away from the luxury she is used to?

I enjoyed reading each of these romance stories in this collection set in different locations.

I have only read the first book and will review each novella as I read it. I was provided an ARC from one of the authors.

I just read His Perfect Catch by Narelle Atkins. It was the first time I have read anything by this author. It was a sweet story of a couple who knew each other when they were younger, and the heroine, Mia, has always had a secret crush on the hero, Pete. The story was simple and faith filled with some tension brought in by both H/ h exes. I would love to see this as a full length novel as I would have liked to see the full character development of the H/ h but this is a novella collection so for it to be a short story I think the author did a good job. A sweet, enjoyable read.

2. I am currently reading Sweet Serenade and love it already! Full review to come....just finished this story. This is the first time I have read anything by Valerie Comer. This was a very sweet and romantic story about 2 young adults who fall I love over the summer. The hero was a strong man of God, and quickly saw the beautiful spirit of the heroine. There was a tough conflict to work through and overcome, and I was impressed how the H/ h resolved it. It showed true unconditional love, humility and forgiveness. Very much a sigh-worthy romance with strong elements of faith. Highly recommended! Sweet kissing scenes ;)

3. More than Friends. I just finished reading this story with a happy smile on my face and my heart feels all warm and fuzzy. I have read all of Autumn Macarthur's books and she is a truly wonderful author. The story of Ally and Cat is one of childhood best friends who have loved each other for years but were afraid to let the other one know how they really felt. I loved how the author showed that you could be perfectly imperfect and God loves you. This was such a beautiful story. I also appreciated how they found the courage to show their love for each other after spending time helping disabled children. Faith was interwoven in this story. I LOVED it!

4. Love Flies In. Another really sweet read with strong overtones of faith. I really enjoyed this story as it touched on some topics that are close to my heart. Family tension, relationships with unbelievers, and the author handled these topics in a way that showed reality yet how these situations can help you grow in your faith. Strong emphasis on forgiveness. But this was definitely a love story between two former college classmates who had a contentious relationship when they were in college (the heroine made fun of the hero's faith). Then fast forwards several years later when heroine has grown in her faith, yet hero doesn't realize she is a believer and is afraid to have a long lasting relationship with her. It is a sweet read and I really enjoyed it.

When I agreed to receive a complimentary copy of this collection of nine novellas in exchange for my honest review, I had no idea what a great deal I was getting!!! This is nearly 1,000 pages of really quality writing - all of which is not only clean but spiritually uplifting. I had only heard of one or two of the authors before and so it also had the added benefit of introducing me to some new authors. I will be looking into the other books written by every single one of these authors because they each write well with a distinct voice and style and have a commitment to Jesus that shines through their books!

There really is so much to love about this collection. I love that the authors gave themselves "rules" as follows: Christian contemporary romance stories between 20,000 and 35,000 words in length, in summer, with water. Those parameters really helped to tie the collection together, and it's really fun to see how each author's creativity and writing style shone through when given such loose parameters. The novellas have a wide variety of settings in really cool places! I loved how the settings played a pretty major role in each book, and I felt like I got a world tour as a bonus with this collection as we visited Australia, Canada, Scotland, Alaska, Oregon (with a character pretending to be French so lots of French language and cultural references), Chincoteague, Virginia with its fascinating wild ponies, Savannah, Georgia, and finally Zambia with a few scenes in England to boot! One of the novellas is even set in Missouri near my hometown so that was fun.

I highly recommend this collection of novellas. It is such a good deal for so many great reads! You can see my review of each book on my blog, Mommynificent.

I really enjoyed this novella. I love the story and the characters. There is Carly and Reed who both love the rushing waters in a canoe. Will romance from the past hurt them?

More Than Friends
By: Autumn Macarthur
I have read several of Mcarthur’s books and I have loved them all . There is a nurse who helps with her Vacation Bible School for the disabled children. You will just love these children, They brought tears to my eyes. Who will she get to help her? Loved this novella , it is a very heartwarming story. I felt like I was right there with them.

This is a delightful collection of novellas by different authors and there was not one story in the set that I did not thoroughly enjoy. I was already familiar with several of the authors and knew their stories would be good, and after reading this set I have added some more authors to my list of authors that I always look forward to reading their books. I received a copy of this set in return for an honest review, and I definitely encourage any reader who enjoys good Christian romance to get the set and dive right in. It is a perfect beach or pool side read.

I loved the intertwining of an elephant rescue along with the rescue of the Lady and the lonely widower. God truly works in our lives if we only believe.

Sweet, sweet story!

Reed Daniels watches his friends fall in love . . . will it ever happen to him?

Carly Thorbergsen just might be the one he’s been waiting for, but she’s not too terribly impressed with him when she meets him — and she has a few issues of her own that might just scare him off.

One tiny bit of spoiler… don’t expect to love Brittany — she’s the type that — well, I’ll leave this for now, so you can read it on your own. Who knows? You might like her (let me know if you do).

Valerie Comer writes wonderful romance stories! I just can’t seem to get enough of them. Thankfully, she keeps writing them (and I’ll keep reading them).

Happy Reading!

A fun way to spend a few evenings: with this collection of novellas from several authors. The twists and turns of each story gave me several evenings of entertainment. The novellas were easy to read after a hard day's work and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I have read some other books from these authors and each of them is wonderful.

Short, clean, interesting

This set of books was an interesting compilation of short stories that included a little bit of history, Bible, and of course romance with some unusual handicap issues that we may never think about.
