Picture Yoga book

Pictures of various Yoga poses are clearly given with their name. One pose on one page. That's why it's nice to read. Benefits from each yoga also are given in brief.

Seeing the final pose is ok, it would be better if it showed the steps to get there

Instruction for poses a must. Fin s l poses is ok, but how did you get there? A BOOK for brginners

Good Read

Shows great positions for beginners and experts. Nothing too complicated. I learned a lot and picked up a few poses I can do on a daily basis.
