I nearly DNFd this book several times. It's pretty pointless, unless you just want to read through hundreds of pages of nothing to get to a fairly decent apology for a heinous act from 10 years ago.

This is NOT a romance and there is no HEA.

I don't recommend wasting your time on it.

I honestly don’t know how this made it past editing. The story has no clear structure, no coherent timeline, and the characters lack both personality and chemistry. The same words and phrases are repeated over and over, making the writing feel incredibly repetitive. At one point, I had to reread an entire page and go back to the previous chapter just to make sure I was on the correct page.

This isn’t a love story. It’s not a redemption story, either. It’s just a confusing, poorly executed mess that never comes together.

Repetitive and clinical. This “book” has no soul and was clearly written by AI. Normally a book ending like that would have made me throw my Kindle but I’m just glad it’s over. Also the “author” is “writing” 3 more books?!?! Terrible.

Not sure how I finished this

This book was very blah. The mmc and mfc were just very boring. No chemistry at all. I don't even think this was a romance book. It if I can give it a 0 I would.

This read like the ai stories that are showing up on tiktok and you tube. It had the weird sentence structure and everything. If it's not ai written I'd be very surprised.
