NO POINT: A fable
Adrian is forty-seven. The house is paid for. The business runs itself. His marriage is warm, his children are grown, the doctor says he is healthy as a man half his age. By every measure he was ever handed, he has arrived.
On the road he meets people who have each built a life around a single point. Love. Money. Being seen. Being needed. A cause. A family. An awakening. Every one of them is running, and every one of them calls the running by a beautiful name. And each of them shows Adrian a little more of himself.
NO POINT is a short philosophical fable in the tradition of The Alchemist and The Prophet. It is about what happens when you get everything you were told to want, and discover that the wanting was the noise. It does not offer a new purpose. It offers something rarer.
For anyone who has ever lain awake at four in the morning with a good life and a silent question.
