The Duet Problem: A Small Town, Second Chance Romance

Rate this book
The biggest mistake I ever made wasn't leaving my hometown. It was leaving Shanna Sutton.

I came home for my father's funeral expecting to settle old debts and disappear again.
Instead, I found the only woman I'd ever loved... and realized I'd never really left her behind.

I traded our small town for sold-out arenas, platinum records, and a career most musicians would kill for.
Now the fame that once defined me is slipping away.

One look at Shanna brings every buried feeling roaring back.
One stolen kiss reminds me exactly how she tastes.

One reckless night proves the fire between us never died.
But morning always comes.

She's fighting to save the family bar. I'm fighting to save my career.
And the unfinished song we never finished may be our last chance to stop running from the truth.

Because some loves don't fade.
They only get hotter.

“The Duet Problem” by Jenna Jax

-Brock and Shanna’s second-chance romance is an emotional and entertaining story that kept me turning the pages to see what would happen next. I received a free copy and am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts.
Both characters are likable and well developed, and I enjoy watching them struggle to express the feelings they still have for each other. He is famous while she could have been, making their past and present add an interesting layer to the story.
A fast-paced, heartfelt romance and an absolute page-turner.

Wonderful story with two well written characters. An emotional story of two people who can not express their feelings. He’s famous she could have been. A fast read and absolute page turner. I read in one sitting.
