Well, it gets to the point quickly ...

Summarises Whole30 diet. Has some brief encouragement about sticking to the diet. And there are a few recipes. Very few. The recipes are okay. Mouthwatering? Maybe ... If you're starving. Maybe.

At three stars, I'm being generous.

Set aside two hours. Thirty minutes to read entire book. Ninety minutes to think about how many better ways there are to spend the money.

Love.....LOve....LOVE

Very interesting read..the information provided is well researched but written so everyone can understand...important information regarding our body and processed food and chemicals. I am menopausal and started reading It Starts With Food to inquire if changing food habits might help symptoms....but learned so much more....
