There were giants on the earth in those days, and also after that...
Despite his large stature, Adam knows that there is nothing special about him. He’s a diabetic orphan being raised by his aunt and uncle and living in the shadow of his remarkable parents, who were geniuses and giants, just like Adam’s grandpa, who is now just a shell of the heroic man he used to be.
Adam also knows that he’s bound to the limits of his humanity—that stories of superhumans and giants found in religious texts and literature throughout history are just tall tales and mythology. His aunt and uncle have reminded him of this many times. His limits keep him safe.
But then why is Adam only alive because of the night that his grandpa saved him by going beyond those limits and making those stories real? And if Adam’s memory about that night is rooted in any truth, what does that mean for him?
It means that his life is about to change forever, along with the lives of everyone close to him. Because in his quest for truth and the safety of his loved ones, another truth is emerging from the pain and darkness that Adam is battling: the giants and the supermen from those stories aren’t always the heroes, and there will always be people who believe they need to stop them.

Want a sequel! Now!
Spellbinding , immersive, mysterious, twisty, interesting... Definitely a good reading expert. Tricksey ending. Leaves you wanting more. Lots of false leads and mysteries still waiting to be revealed.

Firstly, the book was very well presented and formatted, a bonus these days! The writing flowed well, and the story and world-building grabbed my attention from the very beginning and did not disappoint. A well-written book that you should do yourself a favour and give a try!
