One of my favorite books from Plain and Precious Publishing. The writing style is elegant and flows smooth. You can tell there’s almost a very sacred, gentle tone. It’s written really well. I’ve struck out with other P&P books where the writing style is almost high schoolerish, despite the material being really good (Jonah Barnes, Jeff). So this was a breath of fresh air. The only critique is that with the printing of the book, there were spaces between some periods and formatting was a bit off in certain areas of the book. That’s easy to look over.

The author does a very good job addressing common concerns for those who lose their faith, and what an individual’s role should be in supporting and loving those who are not fallen away but rather, on their own personal faith journey.

I liked this book not just because of its teachings/recommendations of how to interact with those on faith journeys, it also helped build on my own faith. The many stories shared are insightful. A great read, I highly recommend.
