It's worth a shot, right ladies? I couldn't believe how sore my face got when I started this...and boy I should have kept it up. I purchased this little book sometime back in 2000, here it is now 2021. Thank God I saved it! Time to get busy and try and rid my face of sagging eyelids, droopy mouth and double chin...lol. I'll give it another shot. Stay tuned! Maybe this will call for a new profile photo...the new and improved me.

Faces needs exercise just like your gut and butt.
The exercises are easy to follow except the mouth corner lift.
I still can't get it to feel right.

This is the kind of book you hide from your friends. They'll steal it from you.

When Carole Maggio first came out with her exercise program 15 years ago I bought it - I was amazed at the benefits. I'm not turning 80 and do to life experiences which include a very bad accident, my facial structure has changed and I'm looking forward to starting the exercises again. Just hope I can find the material in my home library

Thanking Carole Maggio for sharing

Wow, sounds amazing. I just started doing some of those facercises and will wait for effects. But the introductions and instructions are very clear and convincing.

I love this book, just wish that I could remember to keep up the exercise—it's not a big priority right now.

Great system! I try to do these exercises twice a day. Really works. I recommended it to a friend who was getting facelifts. She said, "I'd rather go under the knife". What can you do?
