Nice details on Kamado's, accessories, and items needed to use them. The teaching recipes were ok. I did like the descriptions on how to cook those recipes and different styles using the Kamado. My biggest disappointment was the recipes at the back of the book. They just seem so out there and probably something I will never cook. For as much as it cost I was really hoping for some more accessible recipes for my Kamado.

Good book about the technicalities of cooking on a kamado. Gives a fair bit of attention to smoke, flavour, fuel, and accessories. And most of all the proper ways to light and use your kamado, including explanations on common problems and how to fix them. Very good information for beginners.
The recipes though, differ in quality, some are a bit far fetched. I don't think I'll use more than one or two.
Excellent, clear book full of useful, detailed advice, covering the full spectrum of what you can do with a kamado. As far as I can tell it's the only kamado reference book on the market that is so thorough.
