There is a tremendous amount to be learned in this book.

The longer you have been in leadership the more you are likely to struggle with what it challenges you to do. You must do it! He says, "The good news is that most people who make up the organization are ready for modern mentoring. It's those who are in charge that will have to be convinced."

Doing the way we have always done it is not working any more! The way we learn and the opportunities for us to learn are multiplying and this is a reflection of that change.

If you are looking to develop the effectiveness of your organization this is a great place to start.
