Brad
Brad Miller thought he was being attentive to his girlfriend's needs when he talked his best friend into having sex with her. Wanting to fulfill Becca's fantasy is the only reason he's trying to convince Colin to join the two of them on her birthday.
Colin stubbornly insists it's a bad idea, but Brad wants it all, and for the first time in his life, he doesn't want to think about consequences.

OMG was this hot!!! It was so hot I almost caught fire. Like WOW!!!
This is number two in a 3 part novella, last time we followed Colin and now we followed Brad. I was so looking forward to this part of the story, I was curios to know the "good boy" Brad and he sure did not disappoint. It was shorter than the first one but if possible even hotter, I know right!! Didn't even think it was possible, but it sooooo was.
Brad was a guy it really, really liked as a person, and he has a past that made me connect and feel like I got to know him real well. Not a small thing in a SS.
I am dying to get my hands on the last one on this 3 part story, I am thinking that end will be so hot I may need a fire extinguisher on hand while reading it.
I give 5 stars.

Five big curvy stars!!
Yes this is a short story, and yes I gave it five, yes, FIVE stars!!!
Sotia was kind enough to send me an ARC copy of this, the second part of her wonderful tale of a love, (or is it lust?) triangle, that is her "Threefold" series.
We first met the curvylicious Becca, Shallow Colin, and introvert Brad in "Colin". Brad and Becca are an item, but Becca wants Brad to "come out of himself" and own his sexuality. They have an amazing sex life, but they want to joosh it up...... Enter, Colin.
Brad found himself a lot more excited after what happened in "Colin" than he expected to be, but Colin seems to be on the run, avoiding Brad. Brad decides it's time to front up to Colin and find out if he is going to come to Becca's birthday party, and help fulfill her fantasy, or if he is going to turn them down.
Saturday @ 8, we’ll be there. Waiting for you. It’s her birthday, man. If you don’t show, we’ll pretend none of it ever happened. We go back to the way things were. I don’t want to lose you. But we could have so much more.
What is Brad getting himself into, and is it going to be the making or breaking of his relationship, not only with Colin, but Becca as well?

Oh My Gosh!! This short story is page burning, panty wetting hot Hot HOT!!! This is going to be a top favorite mini series for me! Go Sotia. I'm hoping for something really big with the next installment.

Okay, the first in the trilogy pissed me off but this? This was much better.
A dickhead not knowing why he wants to fuck the fat girl is and will always be a shit way of thinking, repulsive, even and not something I'll ever be okay with reading but a hero struggling with his sexual identity and terrified of potentially fucking everything up along the way? That's always on my yes, please, and more, thank you list.
Brad is just about everything you'd want in a hero trying to figure his shit out whilst doing his damnedest not to hurt the people he loves in the process.
I've even come around to Colin now that his brain's ceased being a size-ist dick-splash and acknowledged that any size is fucking glorious and society can just fuck right off and eat a dick.
Or not. It doesn't deserve the pleasure of the D.

In this story, we get Brad's POV and man was it great! He's had thoughts about his best friend and now that they've been acted on, he doesn't know what to do next. Can't wait to read the last installment to find out what happens.

I loved the first book in this series so I had high hopes for this one. I’m so glad the book lived up to my hopes for it. Sotia Lazu has once again written a book I couldn’t stop reading. Everything is showcased so well, from the storyline to the characters, that I was immediately drawn into the book and into the second part of the Threefold series.
I seriously adore Brad and Becca together. She really pushes him out of his comfort zone and allows him to find—and be—the man he truly is. I wasn’t quite sure how I would feel about Brad and Colin together, because I loved them both with Becca, but I wound up loving the two guys even more than I do Brad and Becca or Colin and Becca. That probably stems from the fact that Brad and Colin have so much to lose, Becca, their six year friendship, and yet, their attraction to each other prevents them from hiding from what they want.
When Brad and Colin finally see each other after events in the first book, it was just as amazing as I hoped it would be. I loved that Brad took some initiative and surprised himself by doing things he never thought he would do, or even want to do—both with Becca and, later, with Colin. I only wish the book had been longer, so I could've read more of Colin and Brad together.
If you like your m/f, m/f/m, and m/m romance steaming, you will want to read Brad. It’s short, but it’s hot, and it lays the ground work for what is sure to be one mega spicy encounter in the third book of the series, aptly titled, Becca.

I was fortunate enough to receive a copy of Brad from the author. As the second part of a trilogy it delivered much of the delicious centre to this series which I can only anticipate will be concluded in similarly gratifying fashion in the last instalment.
The story focussed on Brad, who was the initial driving force between the three characters' meeting and subsequent relationship. We are offered an insight into his inner conflict when he finally confronts his feelings about the potential developments in his relationship with both Colin and Becca. Though there is a very steamy encounter, the character development and Brad's journey to this point in the book is what makes this part of the trilogy so satisfying.
Sotia's understanding of her characters and her beautiful descriptive language adds to the book, allowing you to fall into the story without reservations. If only her characters would fall as easily! But then we as readers would be deprived of her wonderfully immersive storytelling.
I am very much looking forward to the conclusion of this story in its next instalment!

Sooooo worth it!! After reading Colin multiple times as I waited for Brad to come (heh heh), he's finally here, and he's adorable and HOT, and I just gobbled him up.
I was lucky enough to get an ARC, and man, did that make my day. If you haven't read Colin's story yet, I would recommend you do, because a) also super delicious, and b) it might make Brad a little easier to understand. If you just want some delightful sexiness, then read on!
I'm not great with giving teasers or synopses, so I'll just have to reiterate how worth it this story is. Not super hardcore, so if you're not sure if m/m is your thing, it's a good way to dip your toe in the water. I also like that the story fleshes out the relationships and the characters a little bit more, and man, do I love these characters!
The story is a tasty morsel that just whets your appetite for more, and I cannot wait until Becca.

The second installment of the threefold series is no less stimulating than the first. The world is which the author creates becomes more complex in a wonderful way. It feels authentic to the complexities of the human mind especially when talking about relationships.
In Brad, we get to see Colin and Becca from the point of view of a man who loves them both. In Colin, Brad is presented as a Catholic boy finally coming into his own. In Brad, we finally get to see the inner workings of his feelings for both his girlfriend and his best friend. Also the turmoil of having a she-beast for a mother.
It's a wonderful continuation of a sensual and fun series. I'm looking forward to the final installment!

Holy Hotness! Sotia Lazu turns up the spice factor in book 2 of her Threefold series in Brad’s story. I absolutely devoured this book and can NOT wait for Becca’s story!

Brad is the second in a series of three novellas following Colin, Brad and Becca.
I think I loved this instalment even more than the first. I liked Colin, but I loved Brad! I really enjoyed the seeing into his mind after reading about him from Colin's PoV, and Brad's confusion and deliberation over what happened between Becca and Colin was really interesting to read.
And it was hot! Both the scene in the locker room and Brad's office were fab.
I'm most definitely looking forward to the conclusion of the series and seeing how everything is resolved between the three characters!
