He swore he'd never touch her. She swore she'd never let him stop.
Tindra
Everyone in my family treats me like a fragile thing.
My father, who missed the first fifteen years of my life and has been overcorrecting ever since. My grandfather, who built an empire and won't let me anywhere near it. My mother, who knows exactly what I'm doing with Bodul and pretends she doesn't.
They think they're protecting me. They have no idea I've been protecting him from them.
Nearly a year of stolen nights. Locked doors. His shirt on my floor, his hands on my hips, his name the only secret I've ever been good at keeping.
Then my father walked in.
The screaming. The fists. The emergency kirkja. The choice they tried to make for me. I survived all of it—and so did he. What I didn't survive was the phone call that pulled him out of my bed in the middle of the night afterward. The two days he disappeared. The split lip and bruises he came home with and the lie he tried to tell me about where they came from.
Or the woman who bumped into me at a coffee shop yesterday and said she had a feeling we'd be seeing each other again.
I've grown up in this club. I know exactly what that means.
Someone's coming for me.
Someone's already gotten to him.
And the only way we make it out the other side is if the boy with the buried name finally tells me who he really is—before they make him choose between his blood and mine
Elizabeth Knox is a USA Today Bestselling romance author who specializes in romantic suspense, and dark romance. She’s well-known for her intense page-turning motorcycle clubs, and sinister dark mafia books.
While Elizabeth loves to write, she is an avid reader as well, who reads a mixture of genres. She lives on a farm with her husband in the northeastern United States with her rescue animals. When she isn’t working, you can find her horseback riding, riding ATVs, or out on the farm with her animals.
The Raider of Valhalla series has been a favorite of mine and now the Prospects series just adds to it. This is Anders/Bodul and Tindra’s story and it’s a hard hitter. One is a club princess and the other comes from criminals of the worst kind. It’s about giving yourself to someone you are not supposed to and standing firm in your decision. Theirs was a forbidden love but they were willing to fight through anything in order to find their HEA.
This story was of betrayals and vengeance and it was intense. There was a heartbreaking event with an OG member that said a lot about the club and what they were built on. It was an amazing journey of Bodul and Tindra finding their HEA and it’s a book that I highly recommend.
I can't in good conscience give this more than two stars because the story is incomplete. I thought the third book would continue from where this one left off, but it doesn't. It's a new couple's story. So I'm confused. Unless I missed something somewhere which I don't think I did. I'm trying to understand why the author would do this. Overall the story was just ok. Forbidden in the sense that a prospect falls in love with the club princess. He comes from traffickers which she only finds out at the end. He's not bad, but he is a bit of a coward. They marry in the end, and that's it! So no one knows they're married nor do they know his real identity. Poor direction if you ask me.

What an epic Romeo and Juliet type love story, except this one has its own special HEA. I absolutely loved Bodul and Tindra’s story ❤️❤️❤️ it was beautiful, secretive and forbidden but so full of their passion. I thoroughly enjoyed it. A definite page turner and very entertaining. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎🖤.
Holy cow! Now I need book three lol. I am stuck on this world!!! I can't wait for what's next. All this biker mc darkness has me wanting even more crazy stories!!! I am so invested
Mischief is one of the most emotional and hard‑hitting installments in the Raiders world yet. It’s raw, tense, and full of the kind of heartbreak that makes you hold your breath — but it’s also a story where Romeo and Juliet take back their lives and make fate bow to them. Their love isn’t easy, but it’s powerful enough to fight through every shadow trying to swallow them whole.
This book makes it clear that nothing about the road ahead will be simple. The past is clawing its way back, not just for Bodul, but for Tor and the entire club. A new arm of the horrors Bodul escaped is now aiming straight at Tindra, and the fallout hits everyone. The loss of one of the Originals is a gut punch that will shift the club in ways no one is ready for.
Bodul’s ghosts come roaring out of the dark, stretching from Duluth, Minnesota all the way to Tallahassee, Florida. It starts with a phone call from the monster who ran the operation Bodul fled at twenty‑one — a man who has had eyes on Bodul ever since he disappeared. Bodul left behind a young sister he promised to come back for, but nine years of hiding under a different name and a shadowed past have kept him from facing what he ran from. Now that monster wants one of two things: Bodul returned to take over the operation and care for his sister… or the most valuable woman in the Raiders’ orbit delivered to him, along with a meeting with the club. The threat is chilling, and the stakes are higher than ever.
Tindra Pearson/ Halvorsen has lived as the club princess for a decade. She entered her father’s and grandfather’s world at fifteen, seeking safety from her other grandfather — the Patriot. Now twenty‑five, she’s spent the last nine months loving someone she was never supposed to touch: a prospect with a hidden past. They kept their connection quiet, careful, and completely off the club’s radar. She had no idea what horrors her father survived as a child, how her uncle/brother Arik came into the world, or what her evil grandfather once wanted from her and her mother. None of it compares to what it means to be the most valuable woman targeted by a man who sees her as leverage.
Her prospect kept the truth from her, trying to protect her, but once the club gets involved — the forced separation, the watchers casing her shop — everything comes crashing down. Her man better start explaining before she asks the question herself.
This story blends emotional depth, danger, family secrets, and a romance that refuses to die even when the world tries to tear it apart. It’s gripping, intense, and beautifully written. A standout addition to the Raiders universe.

MISCHIEF is the second instalment in Elizabeth Knox’s contemporary, adult RAIDERS OF VALHALLA MC: PROSPECTS MC romance series, a spin off set in the RAIDERS OF VALHALLA MC worlds co-authored by Elizabeth Knox and EC Land. This is MC prospect Anders ‘Bodul’ Krause, and twenty-five year old, Tindra Halvorsen’s story line. MISCHIEF can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary. Tindra is the daughter MC member Tor and Meghan (Mercy / Manic) Raiders of Valhalla: New Blood.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there WILL BE triggers for more sensitive readers.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Bodul and Tindra) MISCHIEF follows the forbidden relationship between our story line couple. Tindra never knew her father for the first fifteen years of her life, and has spent the last ten as the Raiders of Valhalla MC princess. As ‘princess’ Tindra is off limits but the heart wants something is should not want. Bodul knows that if they are caught, his life as a member of the MC will be forfeit but the demons from his past are about to take hold of his future, a future that may not include the woman he loves.
The world building focuses on secrets and betrayal. Bodul’s past refuses to let go, and is threatening the people Bodul loves but Bodul and Tindra’s relationship is about to be exposed, and our hero must face the wrath of her father, and the threats proving to be more than he can hold.
The relationship between Tindra and Bodul is one of the forbidden. Tindra is off limits as the daughter and granddaughter of high ranking members but Bodul is struggling with the past threatening his future, and Tindra is fighting between head and heart knowing to cross her father means the possibility of losing it all. The $ex scenes are intimate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, familiar and determined secondary and supporting characters many of whom we have met in the interconnected stories and series including Tor and Megan, Ivar, Fen, Rune, Kraken, Dag and more. We are introduced to Bodul’s sister Marit, and their father Klaus Krause.
MISCHIEF is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, power and control, dysfunctional family values and abuse, family and friendships, relationships and love. The character driven premise is dark, edgy and heart breaking; the romance is seductive and fated; the characters are broken, desperate and struggling to heal.
Mischief is the second book in Elizabeth Knox’s Raiders of Valhalla: Prospects series, and once again, Knox proves why she is one of the strongest voices in MC romance. Tindra and Bodul’s story takes readers on an emotional, drama-filled ride where love, loyalty, family, and survival collide.
Bodul has spent years trying to outrun a past rooted in the horrors of his childhood, but in Mischief, that past comes roaring back. He is forced to decide whether he will allow old fears and long-buried secrets to dictate his future or finally stand firmly in the life he has fought to build with Tindra and the Raiders of Valhalla.
Tindra may be the strong-willed “princess” of the Raiders, but she is no sheltered heroine waiting for someone else to make her choices. She chooses Bodul, even though he is a man she has essentially been forbidden to want, much less love. Bodul carries secrets powerful enough to shake the club, and their relationship forces both of them to risk far more than their hearts. Their love is hard fought, complicated, and worth rooting for.
The story is packed with everything I expect from Elizabeth Knox: family drama, tragedy, betrayal, action, shocking revelations, unexpected twists, a changing of the guard, plenty of steam, and the unmistakable bond of a chosen family that proves blood does not always determine who will stand beside you when everything falls apart.
What makes Mischief especially compelling is that beneath all the MC danger and drama is a story about whether someone can truly escape the future they were once destined for and choose something better. Bodul has to decide whether he belongs to the darkness he came from or to the family and future he has earned with the Raiders of Valhalla MC and Tindra.
This was an emotional page-turner that kept me invested in Tindra and Bodul from beginning to end. The next book is Shatter, and after everything that happened in he last two books, I can hardly wait to see where Elizabeth Knox takes the Raiders of Valhalla: Prospects next.

He did the thing a prospect is never supposed to do, fall in love with the MC princess. Even worse, he’s done it under false pretenses., with a name that isn’t his. He ran from home, a Hejl. He never wants to go back to. He traded his name and his past for a chance with the club and the brotherhood. He didn’t expect to meet and fall in love with her. But there was no stopping when it happened. She has grown up around these men she knows how it works.. her father‘s only child and the granddaughter of the president and founder of the club. She also is a fully grown woman and knows what she wants and she falls in love with him.. but his past can’t stay hidden and when they target her, he has a reckoning. He has to tell his new family where he came from and the danger he’s brought to their door and hope that they can forgive him. And protect her.. I love this series.. This is the third book in the next Jen of the club and everyone has been great.. I love being able to see the whole evolution of the club family and how they continue to grow as the next generation finds their happily ever after. It’s well written the characters are both dynamic and flawed.. There is grit and realness and you easily and quickly become invested in the characters and their family.. This is a unique club in that they have a very Norse influence. Which translates to their names and some of the club culture and vernacular.. It took me a minute to get used to, but now I really enjoy it.. I can’t wait to see how the rest of the series unfolds. Always a hard one happily ever after., there is drama, there is sadness, there is the natural evolution of the club and family, but it also is like continuing with old friends because you do get to revisit characters and see where they are now.

Okay, I knew Tindra and Bodul’s story wasn’t going to be easy, but DAMN. 😭 This one HURT.
They’ve spent nine months secretly loving each other when they absolutely were NOT supposed to be together—club princess + prospect with a whole hidden past? Yeah, there was no way this was going to end without shit completely hitting the fan.
And it DOES.
Bodul has been running from his past for years, and when it finally catches up to him, it doesn’t just come for him—it comes straight for Tindra. And finding out everything he survived, what he left behind, and why he’s kept so much hidden made my heart hurt for him.
But Tindra? GIRL. She gets hit with secret after secret after SECRET. Between Bodul, her family, and everything she never knew about her own history, I don’t know how she was still standing. 😭
I loved these two together, though. Their relationship really did feel like Romeo and Juliet if Romeo and Juliet decided *fuck fate, we’re doing this anyway.* 😂 They love each other HARD, and even when everyone and everything is trying to pull them apart, neither of them is willing to just let the other go.
There’s also SO much happening with the club in this one. Old enemies, family secrets, danger coming from every direction, and a loss that absolutely gutted me. 💔 I was not prepared for that AT ALL.
This was definitely one of the heavier books in the Raiders world for me. It’s emotional, messy, dangerous, and at times absolutely heartbreaking—but Tindra and Bodul made all of it worth it.
These two really said **we’re getting our HEA even if we have to drag fate there kicking and screaming.** 🖤🏍️.

I love everything regarding Raiders of Valhalla and this is the second book in this spinoff series; no matter how many books there are or will be in this world, I will never get enough. Elizabeth Knox is the MC romance queen in my eyes, delivering stories with characters that have their own voice, their own unique and difficult road to HEA. This is Bodul and Tindra’s story and it is full of emotional turmoil, internal conflicts, despair but also depict the importance of loyalty, found family and the need to protect the people we love at all cost. This was not an easy story to read. Bodul found himself in a hard place, trapped and desperate. But this is the beauty of the MC family. A true family can and will stand by you even in your darkest times, even if your actions – willingly or not – put everyone in danger, because that is what true family does. Is the road easy and without sacrifice? No, not at all. On the contrary; Bodul has a long way to go but he is determined to. Tindra is perfect for him. There are some bittersweet moments especially towards the end that I wish were different, but I understand that, even in fiction, life should be shown as it is; not everything is ideal, people don’t always survive and everything has consequences. That’s the reality. It’s hard and unfair at times, but not everything is hearts and roses and we need to accept that. I loved that I experienced a ton of different emotions – this is how I can tell if a book is worth it; and this one is. I can’t wait for the next one! So, 5 stars.

Grinning Cat’s review: When I was a wee kitten, I liked the princess stories, but now I’m into stories that are a lint more adult. I still love stories about princesses: MC princesses. These people have grown up in an MC, and most are treated like royalty. Including Tindra, heroine of MISCHIEF. She is having a forbidden, secret romance with Bodhul, a prospect for the Raiders of Valhalla. The situation is complicated; not only is Tindra a princess, she’s THE princess, as she’s the granddaughter of the president of the MC, Runes, and daughter of Tor, who is being groomed to be Runes’ successor. They are hiding their relationship, and Bodhul is hiding from his past. Only, now his little sister is in trouble, so he must face his demons. I thought the story was a strong entry in this spinoff from the Raiders of Valhalla and the New Blood spinoff. (Shameless plug: if you haven’t read the O.G. Raiders of Valhalla books, they’re now available on ebook as a single volume). The chemistry between Bodhul and Tindra is palpable, and their relationship is believable. The story also reminds us that time marches on. It’s been a long time since Runes and his friends planted the roots of the present MC, and new characters have been born, grown up, and started growing their own little MC princesses and princes. And as the new characters grow older older, so do the originals. And nobody lives forever… An Elizabeth Knox MC novel, MISCHIEF has the emotional depth and the action plot I’ve come to expect-and enjoy. Recommended.

Riders of Valhalla MC - Prospects: Bodul and Tindra
An intense, emotional MC romance that throws you straight into the action… With Bodul being blackmailed after infiltrating the club, and both his family and Tindra used as leverage against him, the tension never lets up. It also brings everything almost full circle from Tor's story, making it feel even more personal.
I really struggled with some of the club's decisions, especially the violence after Bodul and Tindra were caught together. While I understand it fits the MC world, it felt unnecessary and made it hard not to be frustrated with Tor, Runes, Geirolf, Revnor, and eventually, even Bodul himself.
"So, the club is more important than me." Her voice is a furious whisper, tears standing in her eyes and refusing to fall. "That's what you're telling me. After everything. After nine months and your blood on my father's floor. The club is more important than me."
There are some genuinely shocking twists, including a devastating loss that I never saw coming. Reading about the death of a character I'd followed through previous books was incredibly devastating, and I honestly found myself crying by the end.
A true roller coaster of emotions, filled with suspense, heartbreak, impossible choices, and moments that will stay with you long after you've finished the final page. I need to find something light to read now.

Anders Krause. Bodul went to Florida to escape his father and the business he stood to inherit. Prospecting for the Raiders of Valhalla was his way to redemption. Tindra Halvorsen is the club princess. She came from a long line of club royalty, from her great-grandfather to grandfather to father. Decisions about her life have been made for her without consultation. Bodul and Tindra have been dating for nine months. Getting caught wouldn’t be good for either of them, especially Bodul. Klaus Krause was a human trafficker and works with people that have history with the Raiders of Valhalla. He wanted Bodul to help him get in. Klaus threatened the safety of Marit, Bodul’s sister. Bodul didnt know what to do to fix the situation. It only got worse when he and Tindra were found in bed together. He took a beating and was told not to be in any contact with her. Tindra was livid refusing to talk to her father. But decided that she was going to take control of her life and married Bodul in secret. But all secrets are discovered when Bodul had to come clean to his brothers about who is father was and the danger that his “wife” was in and that his father still has Marit. Despite the animosity between Tindra’s dad and grandfather, the Raiders formulated a plan to rescue and eliminate the operation once and for all. But will they all survive? Can Bodul rescue Marit in time? What secret does Tindra have for Bodul?.

Mischief is a gripping, emotional ride from the very first page. Tindra’s voice pulled me in immediately—she’s been treated like she’s fragile her whole life, yet she’s the one quietly protecting the boy everyone else underestimates. I loved the contrast between her sheltered world and the raw, dangerous edges of Bodul’s life. Their stolen nights, their secrecy, and the way they cling to each other even when everything around them is falling apart make the romance feel intense in the best way.
Bodul is one of those heroes who carries too much on his shoulders and watching him try to keep Tindra safe while hiding pieces of himself gives the story its emotional punch. The moment her father discovers them is brutal, and the fallout adds real stakes. I especially liked how the book handles the club politics and the looming threat around them—it keeps the tension high without overshadowing the relationship.
If anything, I would’ve liked a little more time sitting with Bodul’s internal conflict before the final reveal, but the pacing still works well for the danger‑heavy plot.
Overall, Mischief delivers a dark, addictive MC romance full of loyalty, secrets, and a heroine who refuses to let anyone choose her life for her. It’s intense, emotional, and a strong addition to the Raiders of Valhalla: Prospects series.

Bodul was raised by a father who was involved in trafficking. When Bodul turned nineteen he left behind his sister Marit who was seven and promised to come back for her. He thought she would be safe considering she is blood of her father. Bodul changed his name and eventually ended up with the Raiders of Valhalla MC in Florida. Tindra is the only child of Tor who is the next in line for president when his father Runes decides to leave the position. Bodul and Tindra have been sneaking around for nine months and having sex. Bodul goes home to Duluth after he gets a call from his father who wants to put Tindra or Marit up for sale. Bodul ends up getting beat up by his father’s men. Bodul comes back to Florida after riding his motorcycle from Duluth with broken ribs, he goes to see Tindra. Tindra wants to know what happened and who beat him up but Bodul is afraid to tell anyone who is really is. He lied when he first got to the Raiders clubhouse and he is having sex with the club princess. What will happen when Tor finds Bodul and Tindra together? Will Bodul survive the beating he gets from the club? Will Bodul and Tindra finally tell Runes and the club what is going on? Will Bodul and Tindra get married before Tor can go after Bodul again. Each MC charter has a different read. Some are more sinister but “Family” always comes first.
Here a dark road has resurfaced after so many years. Sadly, trafficking will always be present within some questionable clubs, mainly the enemies. Not every MC is involved in this venture. Reading and understanding the Raiders of Valhalla will show you this.
Don’t let MC’s only show you their darkest sides - devotion to brothers and family are expressed.
Every name has a skeleton imbedded to a person. Bodul may have tried to erase the template but the bones are always there. It’s how one decides where the bones go.
Tindra - Tor’s princess, actually, she is the club princess has a shadow over her that isn’t known to her. Confusing - yes. If you have been following all the series, you will remember the feelers of Bodul & Tindra. We had a taste but the feast is here.
No spoiling but what to expect - Siblings Breeding like cattle Trafficking Neglect/abuse Secrets Liabilities
Not an erotic read, simply romantic and loving. Seeing through each other’s eyes is their love. Life of an MC has a timeline. One just doesn’t know when.
Tradition carries in the read - Valhalla

Mischief was the absolute perfect continuation of the Raiders of Valhalla Prospects series! Elizabeth Knox delivered a story that kept me hooked from page one, and I loved every single second of it.
When Tindra's name first came up, it caught me a little off guard—but once I put two and two together, it completely blew my mind! Finding out that Tindra is Tor’s daughter and the president’s granddaughter was an absolute powder keg of a storyline. Having Tor's past creep back in through his daughter was pure writing gold, adding so much depth, tension, and history to the plot.
Why I loved this book:
The Mind-Blowing Connections: The family ties and history brought incredible suspense and emotional weight to the entire narrative.
The Flawless Execution: The balance between the club's dark past and the current stakes kept the pacing tight and addictive.
The Epic Ending: The way the story wrapped up was masterfully done—Tor claiming the president's patch, even while the club said a bittersweet goodbye to a patched member, was such a powerful and perfect conclusion.
This book delivered everything you could ever want in an MC romance: high stakes, deep loyalty, massive reveals, and intense emotion. I cannot recommend it enough!
This is the second book in the Raiders of Valhalla: Prospects series. Be aware of the triggers in the book as there are heavy themes involved.
This is such a great addition to the MC world that only Elizabeth Knox can create so vividly. A forbidden love that fights to exist even when they are fated to fail. Bodul is one of the new prospects, a man escaping his past and dealing with the damage it created and how it still haunts him, he comes from a legacy of damage and pain and is trying to outlive it. Tindra is the MC princess, she is the Prez daughter who has also had a difficult life, she knows little of her past legacy (and there is damage in her father and grandfather's story) but she needed a place and is trying to deal with the weight of what her legacy bring on her life. Bodul and Tindra met and have secretly loving each other, they both know that this is a forbidden love, one that is badly frown upon especially when his past comes to show who the real Bodul is.
Gritty, passionate, intriguing, with relatable and captivating characters that bring so much to the story!.

A simply wonderful read, emotional characters and plot that held me riveted throughout the whole plot This is a captivating read and I know that you will be captivated by Bodul who is being blackmailed after infiltrating the club and his friends and his family area being used as leverage. The violence that arose after Bodul and Tindra were caught together by the club and the MC made things very uncomfortable for the pair and this has taken quite some getting over especially between the members of the club. There are some definitely pointed conversations concerning what they have been through in the time they have been together especially as there has been some blood shed by those of the club that have spoken out. I found this book to be a captivating read, the story is full of suspense and the impossible choices that the members and the characters readers have come to know and love so well and look forward to future books in this series. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.
If you haven't started this series... you are missing out! This is an amazing addition to the series and I highly recommend it! There is a lot of suspense, tension and MC style drama going on and this author did well with developing the forbidden romance of the main characters.
Bodul and Tindra have been secretly dating for the past 9 months because an MC Princess and a Prospect are not supposed to have anything to do with one another. Bodul also has a big secret that comes to light and puts the MC and especially Tindra in the crosshairs of danger. When Tindra's Grandfather, the MC Prez finds out about them being together things get bad, but they don't even know the real danger coming for the club in the form of Bodul's past and you are not ready for that!
I could not put this book down and was not ready for Bodul's past when he told his emotional story about his childhood. Elizabeth Knox is a wonderful author that knows how to write an excellent MC romance!.

Another amazing book in this truly fabulous series by Elizabeth Knox. Bodul and Tindra’s book was very emotional and it really pulled at my heartstrings. It had epic moments when I didn’t think the MC would recover from Bodul’s betrayal but as we have seen from previous books when the chips are down the MC comes together as one and will do all it can to protect one of their own. I loved Tindra’s strength and her ability to be her own person and although the club were against her and Bodul she certainly did not let anyone dictate her life. This book was a page turner from beginning to end and trust me when I can you will be thoroughly hooked. If you have not read any other the other books in this series you must do yourself a favour and pick them all up and read them as you will not be disappointed.

The main character, is the focal point of this story. It blends into his past and present worries. Tindra is the secondary character as her role is very strong and in the forefront of a lot of things. Bodul is hiding something bid, a past life, a nightmare he is trying to leave alone, a secret that the club could put him down for betrayal and Tor would kill him for. He is involved with THE club princess Tindra, the forbidden one. A secret affair, which is going to become a disaster and a danger for him. A phone call brings it all home and he needs to respond, despite his reluctance. Secrets bring more than disappointment. Trust is broken, but beneath it lies good intentions and Tindra is determined not to let others make decisions for her. The risk is enormous, but he has to prove his worth.

This is a darker biker romance with a strong suspense element, and it definitely keeps the tension high throughout the story.
I would recommend reading the series from the beginning, as this book benefits quite a bit from the background and character development established in the earlier installments. There are a lot of interconnected elements, and knowing the previous books makes the story much easier to fully appreciate.
The romance itself is intense, but there is plenty happening beyond the relationship. I particularly enjoyed the elements inspired by Norse mythology, which add another interesting layer to the story and give it a distinctive atmosphere.
Overall, this is an intense and engaging installment with suspense, a darker romance, and an intriguing mythological element. Once I started reading, it was definitely one of those books that kept me wanting to read just one more chapter.

Mischief pulled me right into Tindra and Bodul’s complicated world! I loved the secret relationship, forbidden chemistry, and the way their connection was tested when family drama and danger came crashing down around them. 🔥🖤 The suspense kept me turning pages, especially as hidden secrets started coming to light and the stakes became even higher. I really enjoyed Tindra’s strength and determination—she refuses to be treated like someone who needs saving. Bodul also kept me intrigued as his mysterious past slowly unfolded. Overall, this was a steamy, suspenseful, emotional addition to the series! 📚❤️
Mischief Raiders of Valhalla: Prospects #2 by Elizabeth Knox
Mischief is the second book in the Prospects series that is full of intense, raw MC drama, danger, vengeance and forbidden love. This is Bodul and Tindra's passionate journey as they fight all obstacles in order for them to be together and survive. The storyline is complex as the reader is thrown into the story that is full of emotion, betrayals, blackmail and a devestating loss that will pull at your heart. The characters are fierce, bold, loyal and complex. Will Bodul's past continue to cause havoc for the Raiders as well as Bodul and Tindra? Once again Elizabeth Knox has proved she is a master at writing MC romance as she takes her readers on an emotional driven ride where family, love and loyalty is at the forefront. I highly recommend this series, it is a must read!
Loved the story line and the writing drew me in straightaway. Found it thoroughly engrossing and the characters well fleshed out. Tindra came across well as the MC's princess who is feeling stifled and Bodul as the prospect with a secret past. I don't normally read MC books but this is completely different from the violent MC books that I have read in the past, whilst there is some violence it is not gratuitous. The weaving of the story and the emotional maturity of the writing was well done. I haven't got so emotionally invested and cried at a book in quite a while. The mister had to make his own tea as I couldn't put the book down!! Lots of twist and turns and would highly recommend! Now... where's the next book?.

This is Tindra and Anders /Bodul’s story and it’s one of the best MC stories I’ve read this year ! He ran away from his family name and became Bodul 9 years ago, leaving his 7 year old sister behind with a man who would sell her as easy as he would smile at you. Tindra was the cost of keeping his sister safe. This story is about what the Raiders of Valhalla do best : end horrible, despicable people and their businesses. But sometimes you lose a good guy while you’re at it. I cried with this one. “Goodbye and hello. That's this life.”, that sums up this storyline to a tee ! Lots of heat and heart in this read! 5✨’s.

Mischief was so good and absolutely did not let me down! 🔥 This book had everything I love—forbidden romance, steam, suspense, secrets, and ALL the emotions.
I loved watching Tindra and Bodul’s forbidden love story unfold. Their relationship was intense, complicated, and impossible not to root for. Tindra especially stood out to me. She was fierce, strong, and determined, and I loved seeing her fight for herself and for Bodul.
The suspense kept me hooked, and the twists kept me wanting to know what would happen next. There was plenty of steam, but the emotional connection between Tindra and Bodul made their story even more compelling.
Mischief is definitely worth picking up!
Thank you to Elizabeth Knox and Booksprout for the ARC! ❤️
Mischief is such an emotionally charged read that grips you and truly makes you feel the intensity and heartbreak within its pages.
Tindra and Bodul's story takes you on a rollercoaster ride, sweeping you up in drama, danger, action, tragedy, betrayal, familial secrets, revelations, found family, romance and delicious steam. And hidden in the depths of their story is the message that even though your life may have been headed one way, you can change your fate and take a different path.
Elizabeth Knox has delivered a more than stellar, in-depth page-turner that pulls at your heartstrings and will leave you thoroughly invested. I can't wait for more of this series. It's beyond brilliant!
