Sergeant Frank Harris already had plenty of responsibility when he was given the additional duty of baby-sitting an Army Chaplain. Chaplain Michael Young, having just arrived in Viet Nam, was not exactly pleased with the situation either. It came about when Harris’ company was paired with a company of regular infantry soldiers with the nickname the Wolfhounds, with a Wolfhound major was placed in charge of the joint operation. The major believed all the soldiers needed more spiritual guidance, and had the young chaplain assigned to their patrol base. When the task force ran into a Viet Cong base camp, all hell broke loose, and Harris and Young were caught up in the middle of it.
