Started reading with a lot of expectations having attended the authors storytelling session in person recently. The book starts slowly but gets progressively better and better. By the time I reached the end I had enjoyed it thoroughly. The best part is you can start any chapter you are interested in and there is no need to read it sequentially. Hearing Vinay Varanasi talk live is an out of the world experience but having the book is like having a resource of knowledge for ready reference to read any time you feel the need to . The author imparts so much in depth information in such an engaging manner . A must read book for anyone interested in the Kshetras and the stories behind it. The book like the author appears simple at first but surprises you with the powerhouse of knowledge it packs .
I have been following the author's sessions for years, and I was eagerly waiting to receive this book.
Reading about the eight sacred Kshetras has been a truly blissful experience. I loved how each pilgrimage naturally led to the next, with the author beautifully weaving in personal experiences and spiritual insights throughout the journey.
One of the most profound reminders from the book is that each one of us is a Kshetra, with the beloved Lord residing in our hearts. The experiences of the devotees are deeply inspiring and strengthen our faith to hold on to the Lord through every circumstance in life.
A divine read, bliss in every chapter, from Pandharpur to Kashi, the journey Vinay takes you on will linger on , long after you turn the last page . Namaskarams to him for making these Kshetras accessible to us with his beautiful writing . Can’t wait for what he is going to write next .
