I had so many emotions reading this book. I couldn’t keep it down, but I also couldn’t believe someone can hurt a child like this. Tara wrote her story beautifully, in a way that keeps you hooked and makes you feel so many emotions. I had chills when reading the last chapter, and I can’t believe this happened in my hometown. 10/10 recommend this book !!

Amazing book. So many moments makes you think about how we never know what people go through. Makes you re-think how well you were brought up or either you associate with the writer and know you’re not alone. There’s hope, there’s strength, there perseverance and there’s resilience. How a past doesn’t define your future but how it shapes it if you push through. Wrote by my good friend she’s an absolute rocket of a woman!
