A solid addition to the favorites; Goddard, Shinn, etc...

Wanting to know more about the Rosicrucians, I knew immediately upon reading the title I had to read this book.
- The first chapter was a bit tough to get through. It just felt too long winded so I skimmed forward to a place that fought my attention and dove in.
- The author is very thoughtful in delivering his message, taking care to thoroughly explain each point and to provide examples of how the concept played out when applied in the lives of peers or students.
- The text gives readers several relatable scenarios that we all face in life. If you struggle to make decisions, over thinking every possible scenario, often getting stuck in this cycle, then this book may benefit you.
By the final chapter I was fully invested and quite sorry to meet the end. Some really relevant and helpful material I haven't seen elsewhere

Life changing

Unusual and fascinating. The first book on self-improvement or finance related topics I haven't found positively abhorrent. Kind of a no frills or hokum articulating of principles and concepts which have been dressed up in bombastic language, riddled with unrealistic promises and marketed to great success and profit, consequently entirely poisoning public perception of knock off bootlegged iterations, e.g. the Secret etc. Really sort of diplomatic, measured, practical applications of big, somewhat esoteric ideas in nonthreatening, modest, diplomatic terms and reasonable assertions and positing which don't stretch credulity or feel woo woo far fetched. I also enjoy traditions and framings which blend Abrahamic mythos and structures with beliefs in reincarnation, finding parallels and interfaith overlaps allowing for dialogue and union between sectarian divisions and borders, languages is exciting to see possibilities in and encourage ripe opportunities from pursuit of.
