Rate this book
Paul will do just about anything to keep Rhees from leaving—including making a deal he's not sure he can keep. In exchange for giving up his Coitus Club groupies, he'll lead everyone to believe she's the first girlfriend he’s ever had.
He doesn't know what it is that has him in awe of this cute, naïve, and all-around good girl but she draws him in and inspires him to try to make some needed changes to his lifestyle. He's not even sure anyone can really change a lifetime of habit, circumstance, and genetics. You are who you are, of that he's sure.

Redwood:
Are you ready for the zombie apocalypse, and a good angsty love story?

Jungle: The Whispering Ruins, is a YA paranormal, action and adventure, kind of sword and sorcery story.

Wet was supposed to be a quick, hammer it out story so I could get back to Jungle II, but it turned into a gut-wrenching, 3 part saga. It's a great beach/vacation read, or if you need a vacation but can't get away.

People are saying they didn't expect all the twists and turns in Poppy's Anthem. Nor the car chases, exploding helicopters ... not your typical rockstar romance.

Feast is a quick feel-good holiday novella about growing up, relationships, and learning to trust your heart.

Peace in the Storm is #16 in a 22 book anthology, The Peace Series. I dedicated this sweet Cowboy romance to my bull-riding brother and love how it turned out.

Oh I love this series so much! It just gets better like other reviews have said. I love the tropical island setting especially during the nasty winter in Kansas.

This book let's you escape and is written so beautifully you feel like you are right there with Paul and Rhees.

There is still so much mystery, but you get to find out more about the characters and feel even more connected to them.

I have Wet Part 3 on my Kindle and hope to start it ASAP! I need to know more!

What a romance.

What I liked about this romance were all the well developed characters. I also liked that this was not a typical romance.
The characters were fun and quirky. This was not a standalone, so can’t wait to see what happens next.

Really enjoying this series, halfway through! Just Pt 3 to go. Thank goodness I have all three to read straight off.

Now whilst its not a big cliffy, its a cliffy all the same. Writing my review allows me to complete put this book to bed.

So obviously we get plenty more of Rhees and Paul and they are quite the adorable couple. Although I sense Pal is being way over cautious. I love that we got to spend more with with Paul's childhood friends, who most definitely see how Paul's changed.

Each of the boys were such fun most of their girlfriends were fun too.

You can feel the love Paul and Rhees share, coming off the pages in spades, even though they are so in denial.

I adore Claire, maybe biased being a fellow Brit an all, but she is a faithful friend and a very good listener.

I'm really glad all the snarkiness between the groupies has died down, no one wants to be the butt of all those jokes.

Rhees is such a sweet girl, who has found 'The one' but struggles with how to put her feelings into words, Paul on the other hand knows how to put his feelings into words, but they always come out hurtful, he is still harboring secrets surrounding his family, which I hope get out on the surface in Pt 3.

I also think Paul is hiding something too, again hoping it will all be revealed.

Loving how Rhees was able to finally make her thoughts and feelings clear, and Paul finally listened with Claire's help.

Great ending, typical of their funny crazy, hickle de-pickledy way they have, can't wait to get started on book 3.

This is the continuation of the first book. Like you need to have this on hand when you finish the first one 'cause of the cliffhanger.

The story progresses and the author adds a little mystery or something to think about regarding Rhees's skittishness and that she doesn't like to be touched. Paul is guessing she has suffered child abuse because she has nightmares she doesn't want to talk about. Even the lure of Paul sharing his past doesn't sway her from sharing why she doesn't like to be touched.

On the feelings department, their pretend relationship is over and that's not a bad thing at all. I just don't like to spoil things but with that maybe whoever's reading this already has a good guess.

There's more of the same here, Paul upsetting Rhees, she cries, he tries to comfort her (though sometimes it really takes a lot), and there's the annual Testosterfest where he and his friends try to flirt with one another's dates. There's a situation in the zipline where Rhees tried to assert what she wanted and an incident where she freaked out when someone hugged her from behind (Taylor, Paul's friend).

Rhees misconstrued Paul's aloofness for not being interested in her anymore. I understand where she's coming from. She's really insecure when it comes to these things and with no experience in relationships, she doesn't know what else to think. Paul's conflicting emotions were about how his friends perceive/know him and the better man he's trying to be, for Rhees.

I'm loving this love story because I don't read much about it. Every relationship is a work in progress and these two are really trying to get out of their respective comfort zones. I admire them, both of them have changed for the other, to become better than they were, and I'm not talking about Rhees finally wanting to give up her v-card.

It's a turning point in one's life when things are seen in a different light and that the decision wasn't difficult at all. I started the Part 3 right away and you should too.

Wet, Part 2 is by S Jackson Rivera. It is a continuation of the story begun in Wet, part 1. It is part of a trilogy about Rhees and Paul. It is a really good book and it is hard to put down although it is short and easy to read.
The story of Rhees and Paul continues on the island in the Caribbean. They are pretending to be lovers to protect Rhees from unwanted advances from other men on the island. Claire and Dobbs are the only others who know about this pretense. Paul is determined to protect Rhees at all costs. Rhees accepts this protection as she deals with the aftermath of her attempted abduction by Mario. Something else is bothering her and Paul isn’t sure she even remembers what it is; but he is still determined to do right by Rhees.
This book takes them from the island to Utah and Costa Rico before heading back to Paradise. Can Rhees trust Paul? I am anxious to dive into Book 3.

This series just gets better and better. I am in awe at how Paul and Rhees' relationship is developing. I feel like I am right there, watching it happen. It is so real and believable and so pure.

I'm not sure I've ever read anything so deep, the way these two people relate to each other on a whole new level, not just animalistic attraction that magically, with no explanation that can be founded in reality, the way it is in most romance books. I believe how their feelings for each other are growing and getting real. While it is real, it is so romantic, for me anyways. The setting, being on a tropical island... the conversations make me feel like I am right there.

I really enjoyed the first book. This one not so much because I feel there should have been more development between rhees and Paul. I was staring to wonder why he was still there with her. Clearly there are things rhees needs to deal with and she needs to get her head out of the sand. The naive, girl needs to start being the adult she pretends to be. She fights with Paul one minute because she has a back bone and then just as suddenly it's gone. A little frustrating.

This is the continuation of Wet: Part 2. Paul and Rhees have decided to pretend to be together. Paul feels the need to protect the cute, naive girl, and Rhees doesn't want to leave the island. A literal continuation, the story details how two people come to "fit" each other. Pretending to be an intimate couple is a fuzzy line to tow.

2nd book in Trilogy

Paul and Rhees are pretending to be a couple, to protect her, now that everyone knows she’s a virgin. Paul feels she’ll be safe if people think she no longer is. By doing so, he can’t sleep with other woman, and that’s what Paul is known for. He’s to dirty and broken to really be good enough for her, but he’ll keep pretending. Rhees freaks out when men touch her, but she’s getting use to Paul’s touch. That’s the problem for both of them.
