Lost & Found - Emerson Reign
This series has broke and healed me. I fell in love Pasha back in the beginning of Kinsey’s story. Same with Isabella. I loved her before I knew her name. Same with Victoria and Winter. I love these characters so much. I enjoyed the growth and journey Bella goes through. I also liked that Pasha also had Marcel to help him and hold him accountable with his journey. Isabella and Pasha have great chemistry as well. I thought the friends to lovers dynamic. They are so cute and I love them together. The slow burn was just so good. I can’t wait for the family to see them together. I love this authors writing and I can’t wait to read more.

New-to-me author.
First of all, our FMC is named Isabella, so clearly Emerson Reign has impeccable taste. 💅🏻
But then I saw:
THE RUSSIAN.
Oh.
Ох, хорошо. Теперь ты говоришь на моём языке. 😮💨
Oh, good. Now you’re speaking my language.
A Russian professional dancer with tattoos, a filthy mouth, an obsession brewing AND she’s his best friend’s little sister?
I HAVE ARRIVED.
🇷🇺🫡
Isabella Caruso has survived something horrific, and everyone around her knows it.
That’s part of the problem.
Her brother and the rest of the Death Squad love her fiercely, but somewhere along the way, protecting Isabella became treating her like she’s made of glass.
She’s survived.
She’s healing.
But she’s finally realizing that surviving and actually living are two very different things.
So when The Counselor challenges her to make a bucket list filled with experiences that will push her outside the little bubble she’s been living in, she turns to the ONE man who has never treated her like she’s fragile.
Pavel Lenkov.
Pasha.
The Russian.
The Dancer.
The man who has been given very simple instructions when it comes to his best friend’s little sister:
Protect Isabella.
Respect Isabella.
DO. NOT. TOUCH. ISABELLA.
And Pasha essentially said:
Understood.
Then proceeded to fail the assignment spectacularly.
😂
Because apparently all it takes is one trip, one week together, some fake dating, forced proximity and an inconvenient sleeping arrangement before those carefully constructed boundaries start looking VERY negotiable.
And LISTEN.
Friends to lovers isn’t always the quickest way to my heart.
I like suffering.
I like enemies.
I like a man looking at the FMC like he might either kiss her or bury a body before dinner.
I HAVE A BRAND.
But Pasha got me.
Because what I loved about him was that he never looked at Isabella and saw something broken that needed fixing.
Everyone else sees what happened to her.
Pasha sees HER.
And that distinction mattered so much.
He sees the artist.
The smartass.
The woman who wants to push herself.
The woman who’s scared but does it anyway.
The fire underneath everything she’s survived.
And as Isabella starts checking things off that bucket list, you can feel her slowly reclaiming pieces of herself.
Not because Pasha swoops in and magically heals her.
But because he gives her a place where she feels safe enough to take those steps herself.
THAT I loved.
And Isabella herself?
Obviously she’s fantastic.
It’s the name.
We can’t help it. 💅🏻
😂
But seriously, I really enjoyed her character arc. Her trauma isn’t treated like something that disappears because a hot Russian man shows up. She has panic and anxiety. She has fears she’s still working through. She has things she hasn’t told Pasha.
And she’s terrified that when he finally knows everything, he’ll see her differently.
Meanwhile Pasha is over there essentially thinking:
This woman survived hell and somehow came out even stronger. That’s my fucking woman.
SIR.
😮💨
«Он смотрит на её шрамы и видит не слабость, а доказательство того, что она выжила.»
He looks at her scars and sees not weakness, but proof that she survived.
THAT was Pasha for me.
And can we discuss the fact that this intimidating Russian man is a professional dancer???
Emerson.
You have my attention.
The combination of rough edges and this incredibly physical, artistic career just WORKED. And I loved that Pasha wasn’t without his own shit to work through either. Having Marcel there to call him out and hold him accountable gave Pasha more depth than simply being Isabella’s protective love interest.
Because these are ultimately two people growing alongside each other.
Then there’s the best-friend’s-little-sister situation.
Pasha knows Sebastian is going to lose his ever-loving mind when he discovers what’s happening.
Does that stop him?
No.
Does it make everything significantly more entertaining for me?
Absolutely.
😂
There’s also something about a man going from:
I need to protect my best friend’s little sister.
to:
Actually, I think I’ll keep her.
that works for me every damn time.
And the SLOW BURN.
The chemistry between these two builds instead of immediately exploding, which made the little moments hit harder.
The friendship.
The bucket list.
The fake dating.
The trip.
ONE BED.
Oh, you manipulative little trope.
You get me every time.
And eventually Pasha isn’t pretending anymore.
Somewhere along the way, protecting Isabella becomes wanting Isabella.
Wanting becomes loving.
And loving becomes…
Oh. Our Russian has an obsession problem.
😈
Добро пожаловать. Мы ждали тебя.
Welcome. We’ve been waiting for you.
My biggest warning is that Lost & Found is the first half of Isabella and Pasha’s duet. Their story continues in Bound & Broken. It ends at a natural stopping point rather than completely resolving their story, so don’t walk in expecting to be completely finished with these two.
Which is fine.
Because I wasn’t finished with them either.

From the very first chapter, I was sucked in. Just kept saying “one more chapter. Just one more chapter” until I realized it was 1am and I had to be up in four hours.
Part 1 starts with Isabella’s story from the moment she got kidnapped, her time with the Mask and the collector, to being rescued. Emerson does a great job of pulling at your heart strings but not making it so “pitch black” that you need to take a little menty B. There’s definitely hard scenes to read, so check your TW but it was beautifully written. And whoever X is. Gosh I just wanna give that girl a hug. I hope she gets a book or two and finds herself a man who loves her despite everything done to her.
Part 2
-the slow burn….freaking chefs kiss
- the banter between all the characters, and how they all have just become a big family who love each other deeply….another chefs kiss
- Not going to lie, sometimes I just wanted to shake Isabella and tell her to just jump Pasha bones, and stop overthinking things. But when she finally did (sleepy time Pasha- iykyk) it was freaking HOT. Like hot hot. There aren’t many spicy scenes this book BUT when there was it was steamyyyg
- Pasha you are just a top tier book boyfriend. You’re the perfect mix of golden retriever but will quickly be a German shepherd when needed. You are just perfect. Obsessed with her, possessive, caring, can actually communicate and express feelings. 10/10
- The scenes where Isabella takes no shit from stupid ex Hannah, LOVED IT! I was smiling at her witty comebacks and one liners.
- I was just so happy when I finished the last chapter. Pasha just being ready and willing to go to battle with Isabella without a second thought, them already acknowledging that they were pretty much a couple and the feelings were real. I finished with just a snails on my face, just thinking yesss! Book 2 is going to be just them two falling more in love, going on their road trip, “slaying demons” in a sense. And then I read the afterword…….
The afterword: I’m unwell by what was said on that entire page. WHAT DO YOU MEAN “it will hurt” ??????? What do you meannnnnnnn???

Lost & Found written by Emerson Reign is the sixth book in the Season Sisters series. This book is not a standalone, so do not open this book if you haven’t followed the series. Thank you to the author for this gifted ARC. This review is my honest opinion.
Emerson Reign always amazes me with what she creates. She is a master weaver of storyline and characters that is hard to put into words and is best experienced by the reader. The journey I have been on with these characters has been heartbreaking and healing all at once. The emotions just pour off the pages and into my tears, laughs, and fist pumps.
I have been waiting for Pasha! He is right where he belongs and it is time for him to shine. Isabella has been lovable since her introduction into this series. The found family is chaotic but some of the most loyal people. I think Bella and Pasha’s story expressed the most genuine and important character growth within the series. Both personally and together as a couple. The burn was so slow but worth every singe second. They were friends before feelings exploded and it created such a strong foundation. The spice was a total tease for the majority of the book, so just be patient. The filthy Russian and the woman finding her voice will leave you feeling satisfied.
I am completely invested in these characters. Emerson could literally expand this series until the end of time and I will be right there begging for more. The Season Sisters series is still one of my all time favorites. I will recommend it to anyone willing to listen! These character pop into my brain occasionally and I am always willing to revisit them.
Emerson Reign is intentional in the characters and words she puts on the page. Lost & Found gave us just enough and stopped at the right time. Once again the author said sorry not sorry, here is another cliffhanger. It wasn’t as surprising as Tori’s cliffhanger, but necessary all the same. The afterword honestly has me thinking so many things. How can things get more devastating and hurt so good. I love to hate all of the things that jump into my brain as possibilities. Regardless, I will be hitching my wagon to this series and I am along for this wild ride.

I don't beta read for a lot of authors. Only a very small amount. Emerson is one of them because I absolutely love her books. She has me in a chokehold with her season sisters. I knew from the very beginning that I needed to read the stories of every single one.
Their stories are dark. Very dark. Their shared past broke not only my heart, it broke so much more inside me 💔 Getting k!ddnaped at the age of 8/10 and held capt!ve for 2 years is already bad enough, but it wasn't. It was so much worse. Really really worse 😭
I don't want to say more right now. I'd rather talk about Isabella and Pasha 🩷
I felt a connection between them from the very beginning. And yes, I believe they are more than just soulmates. Luckily, Pasha got rid of his horrible girlfriend. I couldn't stand her. Hannah was always jealous of Kinsley, and that's the last person to be jealous of. I mean, Kinsley has three 🔥 men already 😉
Hannah is history now, and I hope she stays that way, because she's obsessed with Pasha 😖
This book is again a duet, so it ends in the middle of the story. It's not a breathtaking cliffhanger, but still...
I'm definitely afraid of the next book 🙈 It will be so heavy. We only know what Kinsley and Victoria told about the past, but Isabella experienced a few other things too 😱
This book might not have a lot of 🌶️y scenes, but ooh, the last one 🥵🥵🥵 it's sooo 🔥
Sorry, I have to stop, but the good thing about duets is, there will be another review, and I can put more into that one 😉

This book is every bit as traumatic. Healing beautifully written as the first five books. I think this book has a special place in my heart because I have read all the previous books and I've built up these 2 characters and I'm so happy to see them finally getting a more happy ending. Now, this book left off in a cliff. Anger, so we shall see how it goes in the next book. But i'm very excited to see how their journey takes them
I also really love that. They have the other characters in these books and how we're finally making headway towards meeting the last season's sister, winter.
This one was more of a slow burn then, the previous books. It creates realistic boundaries with some slight miscommunication, but honestly, they really focused on the found family aspect and the talking things out, and I find that very enjoyable for a book
So if you enjoy kind of a darker traumatic story that pulls on the heartstrings, but also will heal you in their journey towards their own goals and healing, also a found family aspect. This is the series for you. This is the newest book, and it is not a standalone. They are all connected, so you would have to go. Read the first books. But I highly encourage anyone who enjoys these aspects of books to do it because this series is just amazing

I would give this so many more stars than 5! I am so invested in the Season Sisters Saga. I love every bit of every book in the series. The good, the bad, the sweet, the sexy, the traumatic - ALL. OF. IT. Emerson’s writing is so beautiful, the bigger story she has woven through each book, each sister, each relationship in such an amazing way. Every time I read another book in the series, it brings a sadness knowing it will all come to an end at some point. Isabella and Pasha’s relationship has the time and space to develop into something soul deep. I know that part 2 of their story will be incredible. I just hope they will survive what’s to come. Please note that these books are riddled with triggers, but if you can handle that it will be so worth it in the end. The books show what incredibly supportive friends/found family can do to help the sisters through the trauma of their lives. I appreciate receiving this early copy from the author.

Iz & Pasha.
OH, how I have been yearning for this story and it did not disappoint.
Lost & Found is the 6th book in the Season Sisters Saga. This story centers around the development of Isabella and Pasha's friendship blossoming into lovers. Now as with every Season Sister Saga book we get a little bit more information about what the girls endured before getting to their safe space with their men. This is no different. Isabella slowly grows into a confident person and it is so lovely to watch considering what she saw and what occurred before Pasha and the sisters. Also, PS... I love how she handled Hannah. I low key haven't liked Pasha's partner for a while and to see her be put in her place as well as her true colors come to fruition was just so sweet. Now... with most of Emerson's books there is a hint of a cliffhanger & like always our lovely author apologizes but asks for grace.
I honestly am ready to see the whole picture, see what she endured and how far she's come. Because right now we just see 60% of it. The other 40% is the bit before where she is right now and I feel like Pasha is the best person to stand by her side while she faces her past head on.
I really love this series and am patiently waiting the second part to Isabella's story.
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily reviewing.

Lost & Found, the next book in the Season Sisters series, is that good. Simply put. Izzy and Pasha are more than I expected. I never turn down a good friend’s to lovers story, and watching them fall, while also intimately experiencing Izzy taking her power and voice back, was something else.
And the cliff hanger… torture. I know it’s going to get, dark. Really dark. But I’m so ready.
I could go on… but really, anyone reading this review… go read these books. Start at the beginning so you experience it all, and I promise, you will fall in love with these stories and all of these characters.
Be prepared for some dark and spicy stories with heavy themes. And read your trigger warnings.
Thank you for the advanced read. This series is really something special.

It is finally time for Isabella to shine- the first part of the duet for her story is lighter than some of the others in the series - but if you’ve made it this far into this series you know that heart ache and angst are just under the surface.
It was nice to explore the friends to lovers dynamic in this book. I’m ready for the next one!!!
I really enjoy that this series builds upon itself and that the other characters still play important roles - that does mean that it can’t really be read as a stand alone which could be intimidating for some readers, however this was worth the build up.

I have grown to expect nothing less than exceptional writing from Emerson and I am never disappointed.
I love the way Isabella’s character develops and learns how to figure things out for herself. I love how she doesn’t ever back away from a challenge and I love how she is with Hannah.
I see pasha in a whole new light in this book and it makes me realize how perfect for eachother they always have been.
I cannot wait to find out what happens in the castle and how things evolve!
This book is 6 star by all means!

ARC Review
A Friends to Lovers romance, where intimacy is built on a solid foundation of friendship, trust, and loyalty.
We see Isabella's growth and healing journey and it is a beautiful thing. I am obsessed with her list and I love that Pasha is the one helping her with it.
Lost & Found felt like a different flavor of Emerson Reigns work. Not so trauma forward, but don't be fooled, she has been very clear that more is coming and it will be dark.
As always, read the TWs.
Emerson Reign has beautiful covers, dark trauma, and the cliff hangers are really steep.

This was beautiful, the story, the characters, the writing.
I’d never liked Isabella all that much, she was so prickly, this changed all of that.
Her story is so very different to that of Spring and Summer.
She and Pasha in the not so fake dating, it was beautiful. Her confidence just flowed from her.
This also had me crying with laughter, the Beast of Bodmin, plus Declan’s wise words and the ’spa’
#3 omg!!!!
The phone calls at (in)opportune moments
I was dying
And that ending, not a cliffhanger.
A new beginning!

Emerson Reign has another perfect book in this series. Although leaving me hanging with that ending is not very fair 😂 I knew from the beginning I would love Pasha and this book is no different. These 2 together are so perfect. I know the family will not be as happy as the girls, but their connection really is deep. They are meant to be. I love Pashas intensity but also he has this side to him that’s a little softer, which is perfect for Isabella. I cannot wait to continue this story and find Winter.

This series is my all time favorite. Every book is full of emotion and I truly love the characters. I often find myself, crying, laughing, hot & bothered and everything in between. This may be my favorite so far!

I am fully convinced that Emerson Reign cannot physically write a bad book.
Bella's story is absolutely perfect and I would not have it any other way for this season sister. 😭
Her and Pasha are just chef's kiss.

I was patiently waiting for Isabella & Pasha's story and it did not disappoint!
The whole Season Sister's Saga has had me spellbound from the very beginning. Emerson's writing is beautiful. These characters have become real people to me, and I can’t wait to see how every single one's story plays out.
Isabella has such a different story, and I'm so glad we get a chance to see into her character through this book. Also, I adore the banter she has with Pasha. It is literally one of my favorite things!
Pasha has been slowly making his way into this family and I am here for it! He is such a good fit, and he deserves some happiness.
Please read the trigger warnings before reading!
Now I will go not so patiently wait for the next installment!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ (Easily a 6+ star read!)
Lost & Found is the phenomenal sixth book in the Season Sisters saga. It is not a standalone and must be read in order. Thank you to the author for this gifted ARC; this is my honest review.
I rarely beta read, but I am completely enthralled by this series. Emerson Reign is a master storyteller. I love every single bit of this saga—the sweet, the sexy, the traumatic, and the beautiful found family that helps these sisters heal. The emotions pour off the pages into your tears, laughs, and fist pumps. Every new book brings me so much joy, but also a little sadness knowing this incredible journey will eventually end.
A massive trigger warning: Their stories are deeply, devastatingly dark. What happened to these sisters during their childhood captivity is a living nightmare.
But Isabella and Pasha? Their connection is given the perfect space to develop into something truly soul-deep. I am utterly obsessed with them, which brings me to my final warning: this book ends on a massive cliffhanger! Part one completely captivated me. I know part two will be incredible—I just hope they survive whatever darkness is coming next, and that I survive it, too!

Oh man I wish I could give this whole series more than 5 stars. I have loved this ride. I have waited impatiently for Isabella's story for awhile. I wanted to know her on a deeper level. Know why she is the way she is. And knowing just makes me want to cry for her. She is quiet, and affraid of new things but she's trying. And I love her for it.
Pasha is Pasha and that man is on my list of men I wish I had in my life. He is so sweet, fun, but yet serious when it counts. He's someone you want on your side.
I can't believe that this ended on the cliffhanger it did. I don't have the patients to wait because it's Isabells and Pasha and I was secretly hoping for these two.
