Connor notices Emi as she’s cleaning her window 5at has graffiti in it. As a bodyguard he doesn’t like what he reads it he definitely likes Emi. He decides to stay at her bookstore to make sure she’s safe. Fast paced sweet and steamy read. It’s got great characters and once I started it I couldn’t put it down. It’s a quick read and a really fun story. I loved it.

Sweet short OTT instalove with a possessive bodyguard hero and a sweet, sassy independent bookstore owner.
I absolutely adore Connor and his love, and devotion to Emi. His protective instincts kick in the moment he first sees her.
Emi owns a bookstore. Upon arriving at work someone has vandalized her shop window. Being the independent person she is, she just cleans the window.
Connor is ex military now working private security. One look at Emi and he knows she is the one for him. He offers to protect her but she refuses, so he shops for books all day.
Swoon….he falls hard, fast and first. These two are perfect for each other.

Yes! So cute and steamy. Short, but didn't feel rushed. To the point with the main event. It is hard to get a short book to not feel like you are running through it. This was great. The MCs were great as well. Plot - good.

No Disappointments

This was a great read. Connor and Emi’s story. He falls hard and fast for her and he never lets go. Loved that the guy fell hard first and took a little bit before she fell hard. There was no disappointments, just a happy story that keeps you interested
