July 21, 2026Wdym you’re going to say “I love you” and make these permanent decisions and then the next morning you’re like “idk if I can be with them”?! Also I’m sorry but moving on from your dead husband who you “loved” after only 6 weeks is criminal, it should’ve been set at least a couple of months later

I’m all for Rose moving forward and not sitting in her grief, but six weeks… is that insane? It’s hard to believe she would move on in a little over a month when her husband and someone she claimed to be the love of her life passed that recently. I understand Simon wasn’t her scent match the way Murph is, but within two weeks, she asked him for a claiming bite and told him she loved him. Don’t get me wrong, she still mentioned how she loved her husband and that loving Win, Joel, and Murph wouldn’t take away from it, but it did feel a tad bit soon for the timeline. I wish there had been a longer time jump from Simon passing to the present timeline because then it would’ve made it more believable that she moved on so fast. Logically, how could you fathom loving someone else after your husband of six years has passed, especially when she had known him since sophomore year of college? That’s genuinely so sad. I’m mourning that loss for her. He never even got to know that he was going to be a dad for the second time. It’s devastating.
Yes, they were all super supportive and wanted the best for her and Ben. However, that doesn’t change the fact that, in a matter of weeks, she is thinking about leaving Memphis and settling down in Rios, and she has deep affection for these men. Sam, Simon’s brother, with reason, had a valid concern, and I’m glad that he stopped in town to check on her. I’m surprised her mom was not shocked. I understand the concept of wanting your daughter to be happy, and sitting in grief should not be the norm, but how is she not feeling guilty for loving someone so quickly? I would be reeling in guilt. Anyway, Sam was so supportive, and I loved their relationship. Even though Simon passed, he was the best brother-in-law and told Rose not to feel guilty. He’s better than me. He genuinely just wanted her to be happy, even if his brother wasn’t the one to do it. He was truly one of the best parts of the book because he wanted the best for her, treated her like a sister, and made sure she was loved since his brother wasn’t around anymore. He needs his own love story in Rios, and I can predict he’ll be in a pack with Noah 🙂↕️.
I’ve also read omegaverse where she’s a scent match with all of them, so the levels of insecurity in this one were so different from what I’m accustomed to. It’s not a bad thing. It was just interesting to see how Win and Joel were wary of crossing lines because they thought Murph would be upset since he and Rose were the actual scent matches. Win is a beta, so he was just insecure about not being on the same level. He didn’t think Rose would actually like him, which, he was too caring for her not to. He constantly thought she didn’t reciprocate his feelings, and they had a conversation about it until the very end, where she bit him even though it would fade. She got a permanent mark with Win and Joel.

This was missing my favorite aspect of omegaverse romance, and that’s the heats. Murph made her a nest as a surprise, but that was not enough. There was barely any pack dynamic, and you would think this was a regular why choose romance without any omegaverse elements. I wasn’t a huge fan of this because of the lack of teamwork. It felt like they all had their separate relationships and felt uncomfortable around each other and worried about stepping on each other’s toes, even though Murph would reassure them. I also think it lacked any cute domestic scenes where they would name the baby, go to ultrasounds, etc. Missed opportunities all around.

This was very cute, straight forward, without a bunch of unnecessary drama. My one big critique of this book would be that it didn't seem like Rose ACTUALLY had a husband and was grieving him. It seemed like he was a good concept for the plot, but the grief part of the story was never fully fleshed out, like I felt it should've been. I wouldn't have minded a bit more angst in that part of the story.
Overall, this was a sweet omegaverse romance with an adorable five year old boy. Good for a fun, light weekend read.

Okay listen, we gotta work on some timelines. If your husband died 6 weeks ago you can't keep being 6 weeks pregnant with his baby.
I get that being pregnant and having a very curious 5 year old is gonna change the vibes, but if you are looking for a high spice Omegaverse, this ain't it. There were more chocolate milkshakes than knots.
It was a very Hallmark story romance.
I'm about 80% sure if the series continues we are getting Lora, Noah, Sam, and Caleb making a pack. So that will be interesting.

Omegaverse fun but there's a thread of grief as well since FMC is a recently widowed single mom. The fact that it's only been 6 weeks since her husband (bonded alpha but not scent match) died has me struggling a bit with the story. I get why it's such a short time (FMC is newly pregnant & her morning sickness is why they stop in this small town) but I think I would have found another reason as the pregnancy really isn't that crucial to the plot imho.

I absolutely loved this one! Knot in Trouble was such a fun, spicy, and heartwarming small-town omegaverse romance. The characters had fantastic chemistry, and I really enjoyed the found-family vibes and emotional moments woven throughout the story. Amber Nicole delivers another addictive read that had me smiling and completely invested. 💕

A sweet omega verse that provides a second chance after loss and grief. A few cameos by Maisie and her guys. We’ve been given clues to the main characters of the next book in the series and I’m very much looking forward to them.

I enjoyed this second book in the series as much as the first. The Characters were likeable, complex and the story had a good depth that made it a little deeper than some omegaverse. In other words it was well worth the read.

“Knot in Trouble,” book 2 in the “Finding Home” series, was such a cozy, heartwarming read with just a touch of heartbreak. I adored Rose and her three men, Joel, Murph, and Win. Rose’s son, Ben, was just as adorable. I loved their story. I was sad when I realized I was on the last page.

This was a cute story with likeable characters. I wanted a little more something… I just can’t put my finger on what but that is probably just me being greedy. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an easy read.

This one was cute! I am really enjoying the small town romances right now and this one just fit right in and it was an omegaverse yes please! I did enjoy our characters but I do think the story needed just a tiny bit more depth with the plot. It felt like a million things were added and just circled into the main plot which was just a tad confusing but with that being said the premise was easy to follow.
Overall, this was a cute book! I definitely would continue the series if more came out! 🧯📚💛
