Rate this book
After his boss at the hospital suggests he take a sabbatical for a much-needed rest, neurologist Geoff Spencer ends up at his friend’s cabin in Big Bear, California. It was a little too fast. And I wasn't particularly fond od Adrien.

Bit I liked that Geoff put his foot down and wasn't willing to get into a relationship that he knew wasn't gonna be satisfying for him, emotionally.

But the conclussion was nice.

3.1 stars. A solid short story, though the second chance at love theme could have been more fleshed out.
