Camp Summerween was such a fun read! The story was fast-paced and kept me turning the pages.
I really enjoyed the mix of summer camp and Halloween vibes with creepy mysteries, suspense, and spooky haunted settings. The eerie island added the perfect amount of mystery and danger, and I loved all the twists along the way. It was an entertaining read from beginning to end and had just the right amount of thrills to keep me hooked.
Overall, Camp Summerween is a great pick for readers who enjoy gothic fantasy, mystery, and a touch of horror. It's a fun Summerween read that's full of spooky vibes and keeps you guessing.

Camp Summerween is absolutely bonkers, but I loved it??? The reader is dropped in cold, and it works for this story, the action is nonstop, the pace is quick, and I could not put this down. The final reveal is so satisfying, what an end to a wild story!

Be prepared for a wild ride!
This is a book to read if you love horror, and it will get you into the Halloween spirit. I have read a few Halloween-based horror books through the years, but nothing like this one. I’ve read books by Persis Lassiter since she started writing, but this is unlike the others that she has written before; it makes me excited to see what she has in store for us next. Camp Summerween surprised me in so many ways, and what I loved about this book was that twists kept coming. I love the way Persis mixed summer them but giving it a Halloween vibe. There was always something happening, and that’s one of things that kept me on turning the pages.
I was a little confused at the beginning of the book, but as the story progressed, it became clearer. I love that Persis started the story right from the action. The descriptions were so visual that it made me feel as if I were in a horror movie myself. I was intrigued by the story and was curious to see how it was going to end; it was far from what I expected it to be. I’m so glad that I got chance to read this book. Highly recommended for horror fans.

This mind fucked me
Im honestly not gonna lie. This crepped me out a little in the beginning. But I thoroughly ended up really enjoying this! I loved the spooky, creepiness of it. It made me want to keep reading.

Interesting read that will surprise you
What an interesting read. There were a lot of twists and turns that surprised me. I loved this quote from the book "You did it because you were lonely," Thalia corrected gently. "That’s not a sin. It’s a tragedy.''
The ending was definitely not expected and I was pleasantly surprised by it.

This was a fun, fast paced and spooky kind of read that perfectly blends nostalgic summer camp adventures with Halloween-inspired thrills and chills. It has witchy vibes with the characters and blends the story in a magical realm with a reality realm and twists throughout.
The story captures the excitement of camp life while sprinkling in mystery, suspense, and just the right amount of eerie atmosphere to keep the pages turning.
It balances creepy moments with humor and heartfelt friendships.
If you enjoy mysterious adventures, and stories with strong summer camp vibes, Camp Summerween is a great entertaining escape.
