The world was on the verge of interstellar exploration when alien space craft entered our solar system.
A year later, after diplomatic relations are established, concerns are surfacing.
The earth government decides to continue its interstellar program, in secrecy, and launch its most ambitious ship .. a colony ship comprised of over 70 interplanetary freighters coupled to the most advanced hyper space drive every built by mankind.
The launch of the colony craft is made far away from the PAC's prying eyes, from the jumble of the asteroid belt.
Unfortunately, the PAC detect the launch and disable the h-drive around a rogue high-gravity planet in an unnamed solar system some 100 light years from earth.
The PAC drop 12,000 colonists to the planet's surface and take 4,000 to the supposedly secret planet the humans had hoped to colonize.
The humans on the rogue planet are on their own .. fighting high gravity, the animals, an alien environment and each other ... and that's just the first day ..
