It's nice to know the heroine, in her circumstances, remembers the potential danger of being with a stranger in his cabin. I am not sure about her method of evaluating danger, especially since an attraction is already starting to form that might cloud her judgment. 🥰
I like that the hero has feelings for her beyond just her appearance. It's adorable that he thinks she is adorable. It is kind of funny how, from the moment they met, he tried not to like her, which was a losing battle.
I like seeing how smiles and laughs have a positive effect. It is nice to bask in their happiness and love. The happiness they have found in their own bubble extends to their family and perhaps will spread even further. This inspires me to react to small mishaps with a smile or a laugh rather than anger or ugly words.

The attraction between the characters was instant and electric, but the grumpy mountain man tried everything possible to stay away from exploring his attraction. However, spending time together in close proximity with a curvy, fun loving chatterbox, proved to be very difficult and finally broke his willpower. This feel-good romance story may be short, but it had everything included to ensure I had a very enjoyable reading experience. You definitely won’t regret your decision to read this book.

Grumpy Mountain Man is part of the Cold Mountain Nights 2 series. This was a great read. Ginny is excitedly heading up to get an interview with a professor for her thesis paper. She has changed her mind many times on her topic and this new one fills her with joy. As she is driving, the weather doesn’t hold off like she was hoping. Her upbringing is one that isn’t what most people would consider to be normal, but it made her who she is and that is something that she holds on to. This storyline is different and that is not a bad thing. I enjoyed the characters and the journey that gets them to where they are. Grab this five-star read and the rest of the series and enjoy!.

This is a really quick read about an hour. It’s sweet and steamy with likable characters Ginny has traveled up the mountain to meet with a reclusive professor but stops at the wrong house during a rainstorm. There she meets Magnus, grumpy mountain man extraordinaire. She’s all sunshine and happiness and he’s all no such thing as happiness until Ginny hits him over the head with her happiness. Grump Mountain Man shares the quick insta love story of Ginny and & Magnus. This is part of the Cold Mountain Nights Series. I enjoyed this book. The mistaken house and identity is a way to get some attention. Magnus meets Ginny when she appears at his door in the pouring rain.

I loved this really short story. Great to read when time is limited.
You have characters with attitude and sex appeal. I love how Ginny is seen as beautiful by Magnus even though she is curvy and wears glasses.
