I'm mostly done with the story, and I've mostly forgotten the story. Or rather, I have to sit and think before it comes back to me.

A Magos and his combat servitors walk into an ambush on the same Dark Mechanicus world that featured in Skitarius. They fight against Daemon Engines. From the amount of space left, that's probably all there is in this one. If you're looking to fill time, it will do that. It does, however edge towards the droll as there are almost no character interactions. (Servitors are not very good conversationalists after their mindwipe and lobotomy).

EDIT - I have finished the story. My earlier assessment was correct and does not need to be updated

Fast and able story to give a bit of 'fluff' to an Adeptus Mechanicus unit in the wargame Warhammer 40,000. Spiced up with an intriguing foe, worthy of a full length novel.

This one was very technical but I guess that was to be expected.
