Pacific Northwest Bears - The Complete Series Bearly Cooking Bear in Mind Bear With Me
The Rochon brothers are your everyday loggers running a timber company in the Pacific Northwest. During the day they are all about the trees, at night they let their bears out to roam the forests.
Cage, Wyatt, and Conner have spent the last forty plus years searching for The One. Their one true mate. Cage and Wyatt are lucky enough to find their mates close to home and to their surprise, they are human. Conner’s mate is more unexpected, but knows all about shifters.
Before they can settle into a life of love and cubs, they must face the challenges to their happily ever afters. An unseen force is sabotaging their equipment and endangering, not only their secret as shifters, but the lives of their loved ones too.
Finding love and fighting for the safety of their family is enough to keep these boys busy for decades to come.
Honey, donuts, and cougars are the glue that will keep their family together.
Moxie North loves shifters. Really, she does. A lot. Big burly men mixed with fierce protective animals makes for hunky alpha shifters that will move heaven and earth for their mates.
Her heroines come in all shapes, sizes, personalities and backgrounds. They’re looking for love but want their men to win them over. Together they find their soul mate on their journey to true love.
Moxie lives surrounded by trees, wildlife, and the occasional lumberjack. She loves sci-fi, sugar in any form, and speaking only in movie quotes. Moxie went from an avid reader to a writer and loves being in the romance community. Meeting readers and talking books keeps her writing and loving her job.
Three brothers, bear-shifters, working the family timber business in Washington state. Three separate stories that tell of heartache, happiness, sorrow and hope. Several editing errors noted throughout the trilogy.
This Box said is about 3 brothers who are bear shifters and their mates. I won't give a short synopsis of each story without giving a spoiler alert.
Bearly Cooking: Cage is the alpha, the oldest of three brothers, and the grumpist bear. Sophie is the cook hired to feed lumberjacks. Someone is sabotaging the brothers. Is his mate in danger?
Bear In Mind: Wyatt is the middle brother and a grizzly bear shifter. Jinger works for an agency that checks the logger clean up bushes, ground debries, and fire breaks. Wyatt realizes she is his mate. What about the subitage and could Jinger be in danger?
Bear With Me: Connie is the youngest brother and grizzly bear shifter, but he doesn't want to be a bear shifter. He doesn't want to share his body and soul with a bear, just like feels he is not deserving of a mate. Kenzi is a cougar shifter is hurt when Connor rejects her. Will his urge to protect Kenzi keeps him shortsighted to danger? The characters are unique, trying to solve a mystery, and Intriguing. The plot varies from story to story and is fast paced drama with a twist of a sabatour. I like the fact that there is a common thread throughout to stories and that is the mystery of the man who sabotaging their workplace. Highly recommended.
I very much enjoyed this introduction to the PNW Shifters. I would be given this 5 if the storytelling had shuffled a bit & Connor's story had been second instead of the finale for the Rochon brothers. The strength of these stories lay in the realistic, distinguishable main characters & a good secondary plot that pulled you through all 3 stories. Each love story is sweet & these big, and bears are really cuddly at heart & you're rooting for each to get everything "just right". I look forward to moving forward with the cougar & beyond.
I really liked this set. It was very interesting and I had a hard time trying to get things done as I wanted to finish it. I loved the 3beats and the trials they went thru to get their mates. I fell in love with Conner and his struggles to find inner peace and finally be able to claim his mate. Cage didn't have the much problem with himself but the harm that came to his mate. Wyatt's mate had the most serious problem with her injury but in the end everything worked out for all.
This story bundle is Cage, Wyatt and Conners story about meeting there mates. Sophie is an English Chef who comes to cook for the Brothers Logging crew, Jinger works for a Gov agency that oversees safety in the camp and MacKensie is a cougar shifter that comes to WA to help with a saboteur causing havoc.
Of the three I liked Conners story best as it at a little angst to it and was different from the first two.
I have never read anything by Moxie but I am now totally hooked. I loved all three of these books. Sophie and Cage's story had me hooked right away. Then tough old Wyatt and Jinger hooked me more but reading Conner Kenzi's story was the best yet. They just keep getting better and better.
What is better than one Moxie North book? Why a 3 in one collection of course! 1: Cage & Sophie 2: Wyatt & Jinger 3: Conner & Kenzie I honestly can’t pick a favorite! All three are wonderfully written. The characters are scrumptious. Their stories are delicious. The endings? Well, you’ll just have to read them to find out!
Thoroughly enjoyed reading the stories of all of these couples very much. I love reading happy ever after stories they make me feel better after a very hard day. Thank you for writing these stories.
Wonderful collection of books. The Rochen brothers find their mates. It isn't always smooth sailing and with danger lurking around they will do anything to keep their family safe.
This paranormal romance is fast paced, but filled with everything you expect. Unexpected mates, drama, action, alpha males and stubborn females. Happy reading : )
This is about 3 brothers, Cage, Wyatt and Connor. Each book is about a brother and finding his mate. This was a date match type of book which I like a lot. I give each story 5 stars, but Connor's was the most heart breaking of all.
These guys are the best they have waited years for their mates, even stopped dating because they received no real satisfaction. The youngest has problems with his bear he never shared and almost lost hi mate, but all three find THE ONE for them.
Pacific Northwest Bears volume one. This was a phenomenal book. I absolutely loved it. This is a new author to me and I will be checking on more of her books.
Totally enjoyed these books loved that the entire series was together and I did not have to wait to read the entire series in one sitting details and character well arounded story
Excellent collection and writing. I did not want to stop until I finished each story. Great plot and storyline. Riveting. The brothers have to deal with a saboteur as they discover their true mates.
Wow, we have three brothers waiting to find their mates. Cage didn't expect to find his mate when he hired a cook from England for the logging camp. Sophie only had confidence in her cooking. But she felt something when she heard his voice. Next, Wyatt got slammed when Jinger came to do an inspection at the job site. She had low self esteem, so he has to convince her that what he feels is real. Lastly, Connor finds his mate when Kenzi and her brother are there to help them identify who is causing accidents at the logging camp and to the family. Truthfully I was a turned off by Connor's story cause he was such a whiny dick and he treated Kenzi badly. He needed a serious ass kicking. She deserved better than him. It is an awesome set of books.
I couldn't put this masterpiece down until I read "The End"....The Rochon boys and their mates were a delight to get to know, the way the men found their mates a few weeks apart from each other was fate's way of rewarding them for their patience awaiting "The One"
The three stories were well written and straight to the point, they had they ups and downs....The heroes got their heroines and the villain got what was coming to him.
I would have loved to give this box set five stars but the consistently wrong use of punctuation annoyed me by book three. Over and over instead of a question mark, a comma was used. Better proofreading would turn this series into a five star. Also, the ending to Conner's story felt a little rushed. Still enjoyed it though.
Great series I love to re-read. If you love bear shifters with a great family ethos, action, drama and LOVE, this author and this series are for you. I have written a separate review for each of these books as they were published but I bought the box sets as I do love having them in a box set for easy rereading. You cannot go wrong with this author and this series.
Loved the characters and the plot line. These books are a good fast read that leave you wanting more. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the minor grammar and spelling issues.
Ms North did a great job, except for book three. There was no romance, what there was, was horrible and the story wasn't up to her standard. Book one and two was great.
Lots of feel good warm bear fuzzies in this series. Love the Rochon family matriarch, she's extremely ME, if I had had kids. Aren't they lucky they don't exist? Lots of variety in characters and interesting to read. I'm still smiling.
