He is right on many things. However, trying to make the Bible ok with legalism is a gross misinterpretation. I have sat under Mike Allison’s preaching as a visitor to his church and I agreed with him then- it was a great message and is why I picked up this book. However, my Pastor preaches against legalism and about the inside of a person. If God is the Lord of your life, you’ll look like you oughta look and sound like you oughta sound! Don’t throw a tie on a pig and call him a Christian. Good book otherwise.
