Is a sweet, clean, small town, single mom, found family, ex Navy Seal, Christian romance with no cliffhanger.
Some of the lines I really like --- "Security? No offense to anyone, but when I think of security, I think of mall cop Paul Blart. That’s not you.” --- "So, I assume you’ve asked God for forgiveness, right? Then why do you care what other people think? The women who want nothing to do with you because of your past aren’t perfect themselves. If the only perfect human has forgiven you, then trust He’ll lead you to your perfect woman.” --- "It’s a normal activity, but in every movie, whenever a woman’s in danger, she argues that she’s taken the trash out a hundred times. The bodyguard loses, and the woman ends up the next victim.” ---
What's the "Troublesome Trio" - Doris, Myrtle & Hazel up to? What's Victor Perez up to? Is Trooper trustworthy? These and other questions will all be answered.
Jackson is Annika's 11 year old son who had to grow up too fast. He's also playing matchmaker for Annika and Rudy.
I loved Annika and Rudy's story and I'm sure you will too. I've loved everyone of her books that I've read and I can't wait to read her next book.

I love all things Karen Tucci, and this does not disappoint; this is part of the G&G Security series. Rudy Watson is a former Navy Seal; now he is a security specialist with G&G Security. Annika Mallory is a single mom to her eleven year old son Jackson. Jackson's father is Victor, not a nice guy; who wants his son!! The only reason he wants his son, is to train him to continue to run their crime family business. Can Rudy help Annika keep her son safe? Love the plot, great setting, and strong intense interesting characters. I look forward to reading more from Ms. Karen Tucci!!
