Well, my name is Ravyn Karasu. I chose the name for myself years ago as a play on words. Ravyn, as in the bird, raven, and Karasu after the Japanese word for crow. Get it? Even after all these years, I still enjoy the name.

I was born in Cape May, New Jersey on April 30, 1982. I knew I wanted to write stories since I was four years old and I’ve worked really hard my whole life to improve and become the best writer I could possibly be. It was my dream to be published and to publish many novels one day.

I published my debut novel "Akhetaten's Gates" in 2008, following up in 2014 with more titles.

I currently live in North Carolina where I am always working on something writing-related, be it artwork, writing, editing, researching, or brainstorming.

-----

I like to write in a plethora of different genres, including: Fantasy/Dark Fantasy, Emotional Drama, Historical Fiction, Romance/Erotica, Science Fiction, and really anything that comes to mind that I feel like writing.

This story leads you around by an innocent young main character. Every person who has ever read this story that I know of has ended the tale in a depressive spin. It will make anyone sad and upset at the world. This wont be a story you would soon forget.
