Serendipity
Serendipity is a story about the unexpected. It’s about love and loss and the intricacies of various troubled relationships.
Bryn Wilson is the local book store owner in the lovely town of Clarens, the jewel of the Free State. Ramona, a gifted photographer and Bryn’s adopted sister, returns to her home town after the death of their beloved father just in time for their mother to be diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Ramona, a drifter and free spirit at heart, takes it upon herself to take care of their ailing mother, Kate. Her safely guarded secrets follow her home. Doctor Jillian Matthews is the local surgeon and Bryn’s ex lover. She’s closely involved with Kate’s treatment and remains one of Bryn’s closest friends, with the lines blurring from time to time. Bryn and Jill’s relationship was a tumultuous one, leaving battle scars on both of their souls. Angelica Lee, a talented artist shows up in Clarens that winter with the intention of teaching some art classes. The mysterious Angelica happens to be an old friend of Jill’s, but very little else is known about her. She lives in a sparsely outfitted loft and slowly settles in, attending Bryn’s book club evenings and charming her way into her circle of friends. The little headway Bryn and Ramona had made working on their strained relationship is threatened by a cluster of deep dark secrets revealed. Can they all overcome their individual betrayals? Which relationships will survive and which ones will perish? It’s a lovely heartfelt story about the dynamics of relationships and forgiveness, set in the artsy little town of Clarens.

Wow wow wow!
For me, as a romantic at heart, it was an awesome story. I felt immediately attracted to the characters. You feel their pain, their love, the warmth of family and their loss. Unexpected things happen, a twist of fate. I was shocked, I've cried, I've laughed and the end couldn't be better. This story is so heartwarming and I recommend it wholeheartedly. You don't want to miss this.

Beautiful
Wonderful story about love and family. It's beautifully written and very moving. You will definitely be crying by the end of this one. Buy it you'll not regret it. Be sure to stock up on tissue for the last few chapters and be prepared to not put it down until it is finished. Awesome job.
