Nice reconciliation story
They broke up because his Mother and sister lied about the heroine having a lover. He believed them and was a total asshole. They separate for four or five years but he doesn't realize he has a daughter. Honestly he didn't deserve to know. She is dying and needs a bone marrow transplant. He is shocked and tries to take the child away from her mother. He is kind of an ass but he turns it around. He finds out his Mother lied and kicks her out of his life. She still tries to frame the heroine for several things but the hero knows what his mother is like now and believes the heroine. The little girl gets better. both of them were celibate she had started dating a doctor but it was not physical yet. Good story.

I can’t decide…
I don’t really know if I like this one or not. There’s a class difference where he’s rich and she’s a nurse. The MIL hates her and very sweetly of course, slings insults at her constantly. And then she gets her daughter to lie to him, her own brother, and he kicks his wife out without asking any questions.
And this is why I’m not sure I like this one. He’s so whipped by his mother that I can’t stand him. I am fully behind the FMC, 100%, with leaving his butt behind and never telling him he has a child. People get all weird about this and I absolutely would not have told him either. If the daughter hadn’t needed medical care I would have been perfectly fine with him missing out.
He didn’t lift a finger to find out if the sister and mother lied. He got what he deserved.
KU and this gets a three because the MMC was a zero for most of the book. I wouldn’t have gone back to him, but that’s me…

Good Read
This story captured and held my interest. I love an intelligent, strong and admirable female lead, and certainly got one in this book. I'm guessing this was scanned from print to this format because there are some odd translations (?) that turn two words into a inappropriate contraction. Aside from the need for a bit of editing, this is a book I would highly recommend.

Heartbreaking Story
The book covers a mother’s manipulation and deceit and the repercussions of her behaviour.
What did spoil it was the lack of editing. Grammatical and spelling errors means you have to keep reviewing previous scenarios to ensure you understand the narrative
