David Herzog has written Aligning with Heaven with a forward by Sid Roth. I have seen David Herzog on Sid Roth and he is a passionate believer who loves the Lord. Aligning with Heaven is an interesting book filled with history, archaeology, encouraging stories, and Biblical insight. I enjoyed reading the history shared by Dr. Herzog of the Hebrew people coming to live in Kentucky and Tennessee, about ancient portals to heaven, the history of Israel and why we should support and pray for Israel today.
I was excited to read Aligning with Heaven, and greatly enjoyed reading and learning more about God through this book. It is an interesting read.

David Herzog has written an in depth and interesting book that gives you a lot to think about. He reminds us that earth is not our home but that we are citizens of Heaven. He shows us how we can align ourselves, our life with Heaven and find God's supernatural power and blessings.
I think he has done a great job with his research on this book by using scripture, history and other resources.
It took me a little longer to read this book as there was so much information that I reread parts to take it all in. Would be great for a Bible study.
I recommend this book.

A blessing to read

Some of the rich teaching in this book includes:
—aligning ourselves with heaven personally and as a nation
—more fully understanding God’s purposes for Israel (and His provisions for all nations)
—realizing consequences do occur to those who disdain God’s ancient covenants. Definitely a book I recommend. May the LORD be glorified as we align ourselves to Him!

When we pray in God’s will He alone shows us His heart regarding His chosen people the Israelites. As we submit to His Word He blesses those who bring His people to His throne room. God will have His way and why not take part in that blessing as we lift up Israel so that they are so jealous of everyone else that have accepted Jesus as their Messiah that they want the same.

Powerful & Educational

An inspiring book that provides excellent history on the subject matter. I especially enjoyed the last part when the author lays out the move of God among the different ethnic groups

"Aligning with Heaven – Unleashing Ancient Secrets to Power, Blessing and Harvest” written by author Dr. David Herzog is a deep, interesting book that "reminds readers they are citizens of another world - Heaven". In his opening, the author states "Heaven is drawing closer to earth." That definitely caught my attention and I wanted to know more. Dr. Herzog provides more as he examines Heaven, Israel, God's people, and God's blessings through supernatural pathways or portals to Him. It was so interesting to read about Heaven and the giants of faith that were aligned with Heaven and reaped God's blessings. Dr. Herzog explains how we too may become aligned with Heaven and find solutions and blessings that are so desperately desired as he urges us closer to God. He backs up his material with scripture, history, ancient findings, and even science. There is a lot of information and while I enjoyed the book, I did not find it an easy read. It needs to be read slowly and studied so that the material may sink in or read a second time, which I plan on doing. I wanted to discuss various things in the book with different people so in my opinion it would make a good small group or book club read. There are no discussion questions in the back, only reference notes.
I would recommend this book. A copy was given to me for my honest review by The Book Club Network.

I so enjoyed reading Aligning with Heaven by Dr. David Herzog. I love when God does this but this book correlated with a message we heard the following Sunday after I had read it. That just further reinforced the teachings God taught me through the book, cementing my understanding of truths God wanted me to learn.

This book would be great for a Bible study - either in a group, individually, or with one or two other people. This is a book I will probably read again, more slowly, to savor the teachings God wants me to learn.
