Read to ch.16
English Name: My Shiny World
Status: In Korea it's completed (65 Chapters) but the English translation is still on-going (so far only 16 chapters)
Genres: Webtoon, Shoujo, Comedy, Drama, Romance, Slice of Life.
Reading Order: Be aware: This is a webtoon/manhwa (Korean manga) so it should be read from left to right.
The Story:
What if you could literally see the darkness in people? What if a a person hides a dark malice or depression behind a smile? How would you react if you had the ability to see it? The moment that person changes. The moment everyone changes. What kind of a life you would have?
The Characters and The Romance: The lead character is a really nervous and shy and a bit broken girl. Due to her ability of seeing negative energy and ill will people have, she had a tough life and been through so much.
At the beginning of the story she thinkS she cant even trust in people anymore. She doesnt like being touched, she cant look anyone in the eye and she cant properly talk to someone. Because she thinks everybody can change and betray her or somebody else. However, when she meets the male lead everything starts to change suddenly.
Aww, the male lead is so sweet. I love how he supports her and makes her stronger. He is making her change but he is not forcing the change on her, it's all happening naturally thanks to him.
The secondary characters are great as well. Except that stalker dude. I frigging hate his guts because he's so over the top.
Nothing is really happening in the romance departmant for now. Just a few badumps by the lead character here and there:
FINALLY!! Who wouldnt fall for that boy hehehe? There is a bit age difference between them but I DONT GIVE A SHIT. MY OTP IS MEANT TO BE AND I SHIP THEM LIKE CRAZY!!! ^^

This was my first manhwa and surely not the last one! I loved loved loved it!
Technically I still have to read 10 chapters, more or less, but I already know that I will give this 5 stars with closed eyes.
The art is ah-mazing, I'm still awestruck by it. And the colors! So pretty! Just look at June's hair, ahhh.
I know there's too much drama, but sometimes I just like to read about these things when they're done in the right way.
P.s. The damn website I'm reading this on realeses a chapter a week. I can't stand these things >.<
Update: I finished reading it yay! And in the end I gave it 4 stars because looking at it with a little bit of distance the last 3-4 chapters were chaotic and I didn't like some twists. But this was good nevertheless!

June and Yurim, just take a look at them, such a sweet sweet couple *melting*
And don't forget June's hair, so bold yet so perfect for him (although in the last chapter he dyed it back to its original color). This webtoon is perfect for you who loves fluffy love stories with a good original storyline.
Personally I prefer Japanese manga over Korean manhwa, but webtoon is an exception. You can say it's manhwa, but at the same time it's not. The differences in drawing style, how the story told, and the character set give you a really different impact. I think webtoon has much more promising future than Korean classic manhwa (no offense to classic manhwa fans).
Well, enough with my rambling. Just read Naui Binaneun Segye or My Beautiful World or My Shiny World (different scanlation groups may use different title) and perhaps you'll love it too!

I got so used to Japanese manga, that reading Korean one feels strange (Going back to left-to-right panel reading order).
The translation team did a good job of providng context in TL notes for us unfamiliar with South Korean language/culture/way of life
